G2 keyboard works without root, but if you want to get all features check below.
Add these lines to your build.prop:
ime_extend_row_keyboard=true
ime_onehand_keyboard=true
ime_split_keyboard=true
ime_vibration_pattern=0:20
In case you want to change strenght of vibration just change ime_vibration_pattern=0:20 to smaller or bigger value (for example 0:10 or 0:90).

-Fixed layout for extended landscape keyboard on xhdpi devices
If you want to use emoji add these lines also to your build.prop
ro.config.libemoji=libemoji_lge.so
ro.lge.capp_emoji=true
You might see some empty spaces between emoji so HERE is new AndroidEmoji.ttf to fix that. Backup and replace the one in system/fonts folder. Remember to change permissions and reboot. Don't forget to change your messaging app input mode to unicode or auto.

One question, the Asus weather/clock widget seems to show a sun symbol at night. I checked my phone at 10pm and it said "Clear" and showed a sun and clouds. Is this normal or was it just acting funny?

Hi guys,
This is a method I came up with to have your note 2 device look like the note 3.The advantage is that it can work on any rom,rooted or unrooted.
All you need is a note 2 and a working play store.There is just one thing that I haven't been able to figure out is that the weather widget note 3 wont update (I need help on this one).So bearing the updating thing in mind,let's begin
1.Get the note 3 stock wallpapers from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2438493 (I used the fhd_03 from wallpaper pack 2 since its the one that is applied initially on note 3 but its your preference)

2.Get the S4 lockscreen from here. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lockscreen.galaxys4
Its similar to the note 3 or should I say the exact same one
3.Get the s4 clock and weather widget from here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.GoeloeDesigns.GS4clock
You will need UCCW for this to work https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.vineetsirohi.customwidget
With the right tweaking and settings adjustment you can make it really look like note 3.

i can't make backgrounds fit my note 2 bro , do u have 720x1280 ones?
I always loved DashClock but as you may know it simply becomes useless if you are using a lightly coloured Wallpaper. So until they add the ability to change the Font colour try this one out that I modded! I think it looks great

I'm running Liquid Smooth (4.3) with Holo Glass Beta CM Theme (free) and Minimal UI icons with NOVA launcher.
If anyone has and Requests as for clock size or text color PM I'll Post them here if there is real interest.

Help Please - Technical
Well, it seems that with Kit Kat that many of the apps that need to be updated for themes and the Launcher mods, are in a directory called:
priv-app
This directory will not update with VRTheme that I am using.
If anyone has a solution to this, please post it here, or private message me!

John I just reverted the battery to work like 4.3 using pngs and I set up a toggle for circle battery like my past versions. Should be updated late tonight.

I think I have all the edits I need to make the themes work too. Just working on updating them.

@JohnMcW what would you think about trying a 4x6 app drawer... Basically shrink the icons (widgets/apps) at the top to allow 6 rows but maintain the icon size?

I'm running the current Shostock rom 4.4.2 and I tried your transparent stock weather widget and now my Wi-Fi toggle doesn't work anymore I lost all Wi-Fi ability. I'm running his stock Jebo kernel...love your work bro hope you know what's going on...thank you

Drats, other people have mentioned this, but I just experienced a similar thing.
I have updated some of the binaries that were part of the install package,
I installed it on my phone, and the wi-fi is working fine
Updated file in first post.
You will have to revert back to SHOstocks before re-trying the weather widget.
Sorry about that.
