I use a TECNO Y5(mt6572,android KitKat). It is a mid range phone but the problem is that ever since I bought it- I have been unable to purchase in app coins,gems,money or game unlocking in all my android apps. The problem it keeps saying in all the apps are- (1) error connecting to store(2) purchase error for some other apps (3) error contacting Google play for purchase. (4) no packs available in some other games and other worrying similar things. The most worrying aspect however is that all the apps connect to the internet for chats, squad update,bonuses but whenever I try to purchase anything- it brings out the purchase error of a thing. I tried installing older version of play store but it didn't work, I even opened another gmail account and connected my playstore with it thinking maybe the former account has an issue but the problem still persisted checked my host folder with root explorer- still didn't work. I don't have any problem with connection and don't even use proxy. I flashed the phone but the problem still persists. I have tried virtually everything like DNS app-changed it to Google DNS,opened playstore and while updating all my apps, I started all my phone apps with in app purchases but they still keep giving me that error. I recently purchased Ilomilo, Plants vs Zombies and Pacman Championship but I have been unable to download it even via wifi. I keep getting an error "Attention required. Tap here." I've retried and rebooted but to no avail. Please advise.

Hi Guys, please can someone help, this has happened from the time i updated to NoDo, on the previous release the applications install fine. what i did notice is that after a while if u leave the market place on screen, it installs via 3G but this is very random and doesnt happen all the time.
One solution would be to hard reset, sign in to your live account that you use right now and re-download the apps.
While in the marketplace, i always disable my mobile network data usage and i enable only the wifi, making sure that everything gets downloaded via my wireless network.
i did do a hard reset, the apps just sit there to be downloaded, you can retry till you blue in the face it does the same thing, it did install over 3G but not wifi, but now its not even installing via either.

Mine is htc mozart7 i cant install any apps from market place and it says is set up your account for market place,games,and music.but even i set up my account it said there is a problem on your liveID even there is no problem. What should i do please help me?

As the title say I have taken a virun on my HTC ONE S which ask me to renew my internet subscription with my operator H3G every time I try to open a web page. Also there is no internet with every apps, and even with wifi I got the same results.
What can I do to remove this virus?
Use an antivirus program such as avast mobile security. If nothing is found go to the play store and look at your history of installed applications. Try to see if you can track down which app you installed around the time the problem started. If that did not work use a file explorer or the download history to see which files were downloaded, if any. In the case that failed, find a secure tunneling program such as ssh tunnel. In the case none of the above worked, contact your carrier to see if you really do need to renew.

Do a back up. Then a full wipe. Slowly reinstall ur apps or only the apps u wan and watch closely which app is the trojan. Always becareful of what u download.
At the end I have flashed my phone and eliminate the problema as I have tried use AVG before but it didn't work.
After the full wipe I have installed "zoner antivirus" which find out a trojan in one apk not taken from the play store. So I guess that it was the problem.
Hi all. I've got a Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 on Lollipop 5.0.1. My phone has refused to connect to Google Play Services. I tried to add a Google account to my phone but couldn't. That was when I first noticed the issue. I cleared cache and even data of Google Play Services (and Google Services Framework) to no avail. I then went as far as to disable Google Play Services on my phone and then re-enabled it (according to the play store on the Web I've got the latest version). Still not working. And now I don't even have any google amount on the phone. Apps like Google Now and the Play Store don't don't even really open again.
Everything works fine on the Web (even using Chrome). When I try to add an account now, it recognises my email address and password (I deliberately tried a wrong combination and it was detected immediately) but gets stuck at the end of the process (pls see pic attached). What do I do?
On a separate note, I tried to do a factory reset but the phone just keeps displaying "shutting down" without actually shutting down (although I find some things like the phone time do get reseted). What do I do?
Finally, can't use Smart Lock anymore. The Smart Lock screen displays just the Smart Lock title up top. The screen proper remains blank. What do I do?
But by far my major problem is the Google account issue. Thanks.

Are you doing this via WiFi or mobile connection?
If you log into Google on a computer and go to your security settings/list of trusted devices, is it there? If so how many times? Also do you have 2 factor authentication enabled?

Firstly, yes. The issue started just last week. All was fine before then.
Mobile connection.
No two factor authentication. Google doesn't seem to list my country, so can't put in my phone number.
Did you manage to log into Google security and review the list of connected apps and the list for device activity?
Also what phone do you have? Are you rooted? Do you have a custom rom and did you install gapps yourself?

Hi,
I am recently facing problem of getting google account not synced. While opening play store, I always got connection error even when I had good internet connection. This device is Lenovo Tab 2 A7-20. I searched the net for this problem. I even checked Tab's date. I specially root it and selected host in etc folder. And at last I even factory reset it. But the problem is still on....
Please Help Me Soon As Possible....

make sure that ur device date/time are correct & try to use a vpn
I installed SuperVPN and set my location global. Google play store is now being opened and I m able to sync. But when I disconnect VPN, Play store again says connection error. Can't I get a permanent solution to it.

it looks like this problem is because of your isp , you should contact them
Hi! I have come here with a lot of hopes. I hope u guys will help me out.
My tab Samsung Galaxy tab E 9.6 (SMT560) running android 4.4.4 landed in a problem with google play store and its services. I received my tab from UK Two years ago. It is now rooted. I stay in Bangladesh. 4 hours ago, I observed an unusual activity from my play store and its service. I had strong WiFi signal and a 6mbps broadband connection. Even then my play store said I am not connected to the internet whereas I had a strong WiFi signal!!!! Then I downloaded an apk file of play store from apkpure.com and observed that my play store got cracked and it corrupted my play service too. ???
I suspect that the game hacking app freedom had corrupted it. I can't even log in to my gmail account on my tab even after formatting it!!!
I would be grateful to the one who will kindly help me. Well not forgetting to mention that if the fixing solution have to rely on a PC, I m sorry to inform that my PC's power supply is dead. My parents won't give me the power supply until my O levels at 2020..
But still give me the solution.
Install an App Named Root Explorer from any Source.
Open it grant Root access.
Go to System and then Etc and Look for a File named hosts
Delete it.
Reboot
Delete root explorer app and if you liked it buy from official Google play store to Help the Devolper stay Motivated.
Don't pirate Things.
If it does not solve you issue clear Store's data and Reboot.
Do it after using Freedom every time.
