yea. general consensus is use the desktop version of kingroot, it's finicky so just give it some time and patience

Explain your situation. Do you have a bad usb port, or you don't want to increment the flash counter, or what is your reason for not wanting to use odin?
Use exynos abuse if on ics

Unless you can use the exynos root abuse tool, you'll have to connect to pc and use Odin or heimdal.
Can sombody help me i cant root galaxy ace gt 5830i gingerbread.xxlk3.The only option is to downgrade the firmware but i dont want to do that.pls help me

yes i know that but the problem is that i updated the firmware to 2.3.6 gingerbread.xxlk3 and now i cant root it.

DesignGears has oficially retired Root De La Vega, and has asked everyone to use Kingo Root or Vroot instead. I used Kingo root and it works like a champ. Knox remained at 0x0 as well

hi all i have a samsung galaxy s2 i900 its on gingerbread and was locked to orange uk but i used galaxy s unlock to unlock it. i was wanting to know if i can update my software i check my device and it says no updates avilable could i put a diffrent firmware on it? will i lose my unlock? and if i can update will i get the latest downloads for apps. thanks great site

Hi yes its the i9100 I have got the kk ROM running on it but play store is missing and when I launch the galaxy S unlock app it just crashes

what is the best method to use for rooting a Galaxy S6 Edge running 6.0.1.
There is a cf-autoroot that you can use for the g925f and g925p it isntalls into recovery then you boot to recovery wait a while and it roots MM. If you do not have either device please state so.

Cf-autoroot MM 6.0.1 .tar.md5 and oodin 3.10.7 and if you havent done so already you need to google the universal samsung usb drivers
