Same Problem here. In an attempt to unbrick it, I tried to flash the stock firmware by entering into fastboot and using mfastboot. Guess what? Two of the system files gave back an error when i tried to flash them and that was it. Now my phone's battery is really low (almost dead) and bootloader won't let me flash unless "Battery is OK" and i can't charge when i'm in bootloader =_=:crying:

The Kernel Zapdos is not compatible with stock roms. I saw on a website that can even brick your machine (as you said) settle on a stock rom.
The site you downloaded did not warn you about this risk ???

Yesterday i was installing a custom rom, eXperience Innovation (the ROM with JB). and there was no problems. all the process went well and the installation finished correctly. i followed all the process how it was described in the thread and reboot the phone. Here is where the problem begin first the system get stuck at the sony logo (for much more time than usually takes when you install a rom) so i reboot again the phone and now it doesn't start.
Actually when i push the power button the green led flashes and nothing else occurs. i just can connect it in flash mode and fastboot mode
I've tried to fix it with pc companion but it says that the phone has a custom software that can't be updated (sony error 2003)
then i tried to install a stock kernel with flash tool but it gets stuck in the process. i tried by flash mode and fastboot mode several times and with different kernels but it doesn't work.
by the way i can't access CWM.
Please any help will be appreciated!

You have unlocked bootloader, right mate?
Sola didn't get official jb update.
When you install jb for first time you have to wait till your phone boots properly. Could ask 15-30 minutes or even more. The key is to be patient.

It's not a kernel mate it's an ftf file. You have to flash it via flashmode not via fastboot mode.

This is no hard brick. This is soft kernel brick. A hard brick is when you can't enter flash mode, and your phone is dead(cannot power on) you can get a hard brick if you are some crazy dev :-\ who constantly brick his phone lol

If no, means that your bootloader is now locked. Try installing again stock rom via flashmode or repair your phone using pc companion.
Don't remember where, a user told that had a similar issue with another device and solved it using this tool: http://developer.sonymobile.com/services/flash-tool/
Read the instructions on how to install and use this tool mate.

Have you tried installing a custom rom with flash tool?
Will there be any custom Rom for Alcatel One Touch Fierce? Just curious...planning to buy that
How did you get recovery for the phone??? I've been looking everywhere for one!!
Sent from my rooted ALCATEL ONE TOUCH Fierce running stock Kernel and ROM. Android version 2.2.2.
Step 1: Turn off your Android phone, and boot it into bootloader or fastboot mode.
Step 2: when in bootloader or fastboot mode, scrolling down to "Recovery" option using volume keys, trackball or optical sensor. Done. Your device will enter Clockwork recovery mode then.
help?
Im actually wondering that myself. i want to install a custom rom, i recently bought the phone and i dont like the default one
pretty sure he's referring to the stock recovery. I am working on hijacking the init and booting to a 2nd init recovery. Keep holding out guys, we'll be running all kinds of sweetness on this phone soon enough.
edit - Aaaand, there's my third "brick"
fixed my brick
Even tho it says not to remove the battery i did. I had no other choice, i tried just about everything. only way i was able to get a sign of life from the phone was by plugging it into a usb. then the led at the top left of the screen would turn on and nothing more. i bricked mine by using motochopper somehow, first it would say the root failed then i tried changing some things and eventually i got a device not found error. i gave up on that method of rooting but the phone was still working. then i found framaroot. i think i used the first exploit and it bricked. i took out the battery VERY carefully, waited 10 seconds(cant be too safe), reinserted the battery, and it rebooted and was rooted. now im just worried it might have not fully rooted. going to do some tinkering and if it bricks ill let you all know.
goodluck
Yeah the battery is super easy to take out without it looking like you messed with it. I have used both bohomir and faramir with no problems. If you're worried about partial root; do a full unroot with superSu, reboot, unroot with framaroot using the original exploit you chose, reboot then reroot.

This is only a factory rom.
But the recovery I made would let you recovery from a brick.

Hey guys, i have big issue with my device. I am new to this "world". Tried to install a costume rom but seems to me i've bricked my device. I unlocked my bootloader with official guide on htc.com. Then i wanted to instal mySense DX RC 4.0. Flash that bootloader and problem appeared. I can't boot my device anymore. I tried to do factory reset but nothing happened. Went into recovery mode but it showed me an error. Is there a way to unbrick my device ? If so please help me. I tried to find a guide for it for almost a 2 hours but i didn't find anything "understandable" for me.

Hey, thanks for your reply. I got it all working. Seems that i haven't fastboot flashed boot for new costum rom...and that screwed my process
Hi guys,
I found a stock rooted rom to flash, I have an issue mentioned in a previous thread which means i cannot connect to anything via usb.
I flashed the rom but it was bootlooped, so i went into recovery and did a factory reset.
I tried again but still bootloop, so i went into recovery again and did advance wipe for new rom (everything)
Then it wouldnt mount my external sd so i thought reboot into recovery and see if that works.
well it didnt lol all i get is the sony symbol and no further and i cant get into recovery. have double and triple checked!
Also tried to follow the brick solution but i cant connect to flash from the pc, it just says usb not recognized ( i have installed all the drivers, this seems to be the problem i have at the moment not being able to connect to the pc)
I have booked it in to sony as the usb isnt working and the hard drive is wiped im hoping there will be no evidence of root or custom recovery... please tell me this is the case so i can get the phone repaired under warranty?!
Any advice guys, lease dont be shy!
Oh and yes I know I'm a fool so we can forgo the posts calling me a dingbat ha ha

It shows the samsung logo and then becomes blank....i later on came to know on the internet that i hadnt enabled 'oem unlock' on 'developer options' before rooting. I sent the phone to samsung for repair and they sent it back to me today saying that the phone is beyond repair because it was rooted, though i hadnt mentioned to them that i had rooted the phone. How do i get my phone to work again? I need it very badly for work purposes. Can somebody help me with this....

Why do you need stock recovery? There's no stock recovery available for your device.Try to instell different twrp version for your phone.
