Hi! Another little module...
This module allows the LED to stay on while the screen is on. So if you receive a message while the screen is on, the led will turn on.
For my decision, the led will stay on also if you unlock the phone with the led on, or if you turn off the screen with the led on. You can turn off the led only pulling down the notification bar (you don't have to read the notification). Of course, if there are no bugs: i've seen that this is working with the 'charging led', or the sms, or some Tasker tasks, for example. With WhatsApp it doesn't seem to work, but this could be a WhatsApp problem. Or my problem. Of course if you have the screen on and you receive a WhatsApp message, the led will turn on.
I've already implemented a way to change that, as you can see on GitHub: using the code i've write, you can for exampe turn off the led when the screen turns on. Or something else... But this is not implemented in the apk, so...
This works only from Lollipop . For Android 4.x, there is the beautiful XLED.

V1.0
- Initial release
Big thanks to @C3C076 for GravityBox: i've worked on this using his code, basically.
Thanks also to cinhoo, author of XLED. His module give me this idea. Well, because XLED doesn't do that on Lollipop, and i was sad...
I'm using Lightflow and it doesn't work. Nexus 6 running latest CM12.1 and latest Xposed version by romracer.

How that led works? I remember that on nexus 6 there were some problems, if I'm correct to use that you have to use root. Look at xposed log, there are errors?

Yes, the LED needs root. But then it works just fine. I'll look at the Xposed log now...
EDIT: Here's the log. No errors so far...

Well, it turns out that Xposed Installer 3.0 Alpha 2 is now incompatible with the latest Xposed. After upgrading to Alpha 4 it works

hmm, I can't seem to get it to work..
Using the latest Alpha 4 running 5.1.1 , Nexus 5. Is there something I am missing?

For this you have to ask to the developers of app like Light Manager ( @mckoo has a thread on xda).

Hey I like your module <3
No problem on my s6 (g920f)
Thanks
So wait..... I have been begging for this for 4 or 5 years.... Since Gingerbread removed this native option from Froyo.... I had to root and use a custom ROM. CM had it up to ICS. AOKP and ROMs based on it had it. AOKP stopped development for my phone, Motorola Razr Maxx. The only ROM that enabled it in Kitkat was @tonyt. version of AOKP. Used that forever. Finally, CM enabled it in their Lollipop version, and it works beautifully with Light Flow.
Now, if this module works on Lollipop, I can try any ROM for my phone? REALLY? Haven't played with CM long enough yet, so giving it a try for a few days. Then I will try LS with this module. If it works, I will be a very happy woman! I will even donate!

Sorry... I view this on Tapatalk, so there are no signatures. I will check when I get to a pc. And yes, it works perfectly! Currently using a Liquid Smooth LP ROM. Your module and Light Flow are great! Thank you!

The errors in your Xposed log are related to GravityBox.
Was your Callnect logging level on Verbose?
What ROM do you use?
Also, released version 1.0.1.
Changelog:
Code:
Added 'Vibration + Audio (Speaker)' alert mode.

I'm sorry but it seems LG has made more than 'a few' modifications to their stock call app.
That is why Callnect can't even hook its functions - the code is very different

Very nice app ! Thanks for your work ! Seems to work well with Oneplus X and OxygenOS.
Is it possible that the phone also vibrate at the end of a call ?
Thanks
not working with Samsung j5 stock 5.1.1
please consider fixing it, i'm really missing this feature since kitkat (my old device). GravityBox and other similarities dont work.

For me to help with xposed I need to see a logcat. As for the ROM part, a custom device tree needs to be made as not everything in the phone is identical. If it were why would Huawei make the Y6?

This is most likely a problem with EMUI. Nothing you can do about it.

You can flash stock with a backup you took in the recovery. This can only be flashed from the recovery.
You can also flash stock by booting in to fastboot mode and flash the stock image from huawei.
Wow, after coming back here after a few months I didn't expect this device to get this much attention. I'm really excited to try out the recovery and ROM you linked, as I'm tired of using the spyware-loaded stock OS. I'll try and report back on it if I remember. Thanks for the time!

Hi!
Same config @ i9100 (S II, expect the two other modules) and the same problem.
First try I installed the DBXposed before Deutsche Bank mobile app and it worked without the error two times.
After a restart no way to make it work again.
IIRC some days ago I read about that the XP-Framework is not completed for use under Nougat. Could this be the reason for this problem?

Guessing no. Analyzed the db mobile app. The classes which where taken are changed and not there anymore. Thats also the error message from xposed.
Any update on this? I'm really interested as well. I'm pretty sure they don't use safety net, since they are allowing rooted users. SuperSU always breaks safety net, and I don't think they allowed only Magisk users. But xposed breaks it. Stuck here
Not working here. deutsche Bank apps throws Error "1x4705". Any chance about an Update? Or can someone tell an alternative?

Update needed. Your module does not work anymore.
Aah crap, I just installed XPosed and some modules and got the security error as well.
Has anybody found a way to make this work?
I've tried uninstalling the XPosed installer, since that was the only app flagged by PlayProtect.
Google play store said everything was fine, but the DB app still complained. No change after reboot.
What can we do?
How can we find out what exactly even triggers the error?
