Cyanogenmod 11 lock screen turn off delay problem - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have cm-11-20150817-NIGHTLY-i9300 version of CM. The delay for turning off the display on lock screen equals to the delay of turning off the screen in normal mode. Usually display in lock screen switch off after 10 seconds. Can I somehow adjust the time of switching off in lock screen?

[Q] display not dimming.....

So on all my other android phones the screen would dim about 2/3rds into the display timeout.
So if time out was 30 seconds it would dim at around 18 seconds and then turn off at 30.
On the Razr it does dim but very...very....very....very little.
Is this a software design, glitch, etc?
Also, should I be using the setting under display options about dimming the screen (this doesn't seem to change the display much)

Lock screen brightness

I have an issue with my CyanogenMod-7-11162011-NIGHTLY-GalaxyS2 lockscreen altering the brightness of the screen. When indoors it's not an issue but if I want to go outside and unlock it the screen is impossible to see due to it being dimmed.
I'm using the in-built lock screen. I have auto brightness turned off in CyanogenMod's settings and in the main display settings page.
Using an app called Setting Profiles I have tried to set a screen on event to turn up the brightness to 50%. It works only after I enter my PIN on the lock screen and it is unlocked. Up to that point it stays dimmed. Before it would stay dimmed even after unlocking even though the brightness bar said it was at 50%.
Are there any other settings I'm missing that control the brightness?

Change lockscreen timeout only?

Can I change the LOCKSCREEN and the SCREEN timeout separetaly? I mean when you unlock the phone, the display would go off after the display timeout. But I'd like to make the display sleep after 15 sec on the lockscreen, but 15 minutes on the normal display. I'm on RR 7.1 nougat by BrateloSlava.

how to disable the 30 second screen fade

My Tmobile LG V60 always fades the screen darker after 30 seconds on not touching it and when screen sharing to a miracast display. This is different from the screen timeout which turns the screen off. How can I keep the phone screen on full brightness all the time? This happens in Safe Mode also. To reproduce, screen share with a miracast display and then sit on the home screen for more than 30 seconds.

Turn up your screen off time.
I have turned it as high as 10 minutes and the screen still fades to low brightness after about 25 to 30 seconds of not touching it. Does this happen with your V60 also when screen sharing to a miracast display? My LG 6 did not do this while screen sharing.

I don't use miracast, but when I set my screen to 10 minutes and cast to any other device, it does not fade until a few seconds before the 10 minutes.

AOD Burn-Inn

Hi,when Aod is on, a trail appears on the screen when switching to the lock screen.could you please put a shiny wallpaper on your lock screen and try to open aod? then turn the screen towards the lamp to get full brightness. then wake up the lock screen and try to see the trail. When I turned off the fingerprint, the trace disappeared.Try fingerprint turned on.
I recorded it on video. If you watch it carefully, you will see the traces.
