First of all your baseband version should be "XCU"
Then you can flash this firmware http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/47800/G530HXCU1AOE2_G530HSER1AOE2_SER/
After flashing, you should reset your phone. otherwise it will not work. i did these steps and works fine for me.
I hope it will work for you as well

And if u did reset then also reset it again!

Omg what is with you all the baseband doesn't mean nothing just download the firmware and your good to go. Every firmware comes with own baseband. I have flashed so many firmwares on this phone from different regions and nothing happend only it had bloatwares...
