As the kernel is gpl and kernel you hand out has to have the source code available upon request. So doing things this way is just asking for trouble.

Actually, it doesn't matter where your thread is located, if you're providing a kernel or ROM you must provide source. It's non-negotiable. You have source here so it isn't an issue, but just clearing that up for you.

This kernel is not genetic. He just changed the name. This thead will be closed if you do not provide a source code. Version 3.10.83 was the last commit I added in github of the beta.

You can take it, it is free to do it but it does not make sense to take something if you are not going to do anything useful with it.

Just copy and rename, as if you were the authors and the one who did all the work. I do not find it fair, here are many people who are only dedicated to reading the comments and hoping that another will do all the work for later they take it and make believe that they did it.

The rom has been shared multiple times in the K20 Pro group in telegram and I do not take any credit off of this work.
I believe you should ask @UtsavTheGreat for his permission first. This hasn't been posted here (yet) for a reason. He even asked to close his kernel thread here recently.
