Do you have recovery installed? If yes, then you can clean flash a new ROM directly from your device.
Personally I never used PC to flash my phone.

Sir your problem solved?????????????
OMG! I got the exactly same problem since yesterday. And I have also tried all the things u mentioned. Now, I m trying to install a custom rom. I went to fast boot mode by pressing vol up and down simultaneously. I used the command flashboot flash recovery <customrecoveryfile>
I was able to install custom recovery. now i m trying to install a custom rom

Stuck in a bootloop , keeps restrating . Can't connect to pc.

I've got a Micromax Nitro 2 E311 which is in a bootloop . When the phone is booting (that blinking blue cm logo) ,suddenly it stops(hangs) and show up that micromax logo again . Thought of flashing a new rom through recovery but even when trying to flash a rom from recovery(philz) it hangs and restarts(shows up that micromax logo) . Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

can any one help me
