Not sure if anyone has played around with this? I searched and did not finad anything...I admit I am not greatest at using search...Over at the Ascend Mate 7 forum. There is a buildprop tweak for thier stock music app. It allows you to use the app for online live music. I read about it and tryed it out on our phone. Interesting enough. It works! There is some chinese of course as that is the music you will see under live. But. if you go to search. You can find just about anything in english. Ive only been using it for a hour or so. No problems though. I also like the looks of this app much better. Again, I only found it at thier forum. Credits to them. It's an app that uses audio frequencies that are supposed to have an effect on the neural brain waves in order to achieve certain states. To reduce headaches, to achieve deeper meditation, to induce deep sleep and mainly in recent time to achieve the state as the drugs do. To get high as after a splif or feel the rush of an X and even to feel drunk and so on and on.
So is there an android version of it? I've been searching forums and sites, googled it forever and found nothing.

I thought so yeah.
However , even the uselessest (let's presume that's a legit word) app could at one moment have been found on my device even only to be ran once and then uninstalled for good. If you know what I mean
yeah those things are rubbish. you could always play the idoser mp3s on your android phone though
Rubbish to an extent, those noises do screw with my head. Not pleasantly and nothing like the description claims.
I do remember seeing some apps for brainwave entrainment and such. The idoser site says to use the mp3 files on android and such

I have been able to find the latest version of this program, and it has some of the doses available. Now, I'm trying to figure out how to unlock all the other doses.
the obb file has all the mp3 files, and the apk file, if chabged into zip, will have lots of information, maybe the information necessary to change to have all doses unlocked is in there, but I can't find which file and what to change.
I would be pleased if someone found out how to unlock the doses and share it.

Okay, I know it's been posted in 2013 but frick it maybe you still seek for an answer
I just downloaded "Ultimate I-Doser Pack v4 by Jameth" on pc then I plugged my phone into my Computer and pasted there all M4A files
The Doses won't be in IDoser app but in normal Music player

I'm currently using the latest MiniCM7 on my X10 mini.
The one app I'm really missing is the official Natwest App. It doesn't appear in the market on my phone and if I look it up on the android market on my computer then I am told it is incompatible. I'm just curious as to whether people on other ROMS are able to download it? Maybe I could modify something to make it compatible.
Apparently a lot of people have had similar problems, trying to run a UK banking app on anything other than a stock ROM.
I had a quick Google hunt about this and quite a few people suggest using the app, Bank Control, which apparently works with Natwest as well as some other banks. Some have talked about editing the phone's build.prop as well.
Not much help, I know, but hopefully this may be useful to you.
I've been reluctant to try Bank Control as its not officially supported by Natwest. I've finally given it a go and now can't register with it for some reason.
I'm interested in modifying the build.prop. People seem to have had success on other phones by editing the ro.build.fingerprint. Could somebody post that line from a stock X10 mini so I could give it a go? Or could I use the ro.build.fingerprint from a different phone without it affecting anything?
Well, I could..but it might be easier if I just gave you the whole thing and you can pick the bits you need..

There are loads of apps outside of the google store, and well the XS has a few stores of its own built in from sony.
But as for good apps, swype from http://www.swype.com/
Its the keyboard from the Samsung galaxy S series and once you swype you never go back. It takes a little getting used to but it is so much easier / faster / accurate to use!
It was one of the first things I tried on my XS and was so glad that it worked straight off.

But Swype is already on the phone out of the box so why would you install this? (Unless you ment your happy it was pre installed).

Your S has Swype built into the default keyboard.
I didn't notice the default keyboard had support for 'gesture inputs' as they put it as the phone didn't mention it and I don't think I read it in any review either.
I shall give the default keyboard another whirl then and see which one I prefer

A simple ways is to google .apk or file sharing forum that would yield a lot of result..
there are thousand of alternative market, forum and warez sites for android out there..
Mostly i use it to get apps that are not available for my country like bing as well as to get maps to allowed voice guidance navigation

if you go to mobiles24.com they have loads of apps, you can look for android apps or for a particular phone, xperia s isnt listed yet but ive downloaded loads of apps for the arc and havent had one not work yet aswell as a few wallpapers, also i got sky go from this forum somewhere and it works fine.

Now onto my problem...
I have tried about 6 or 7 of the ROMs listed here in the development forums. I enjoy each one for different reasons. Today I tried [ROM][CM9HYBRID] PARANOIDANDROID UNOFFICIAL June 25th *Hammer time!! and fell in love. This is the ROM that I would love to use as a daily driver. However, I have a major problem that I don't know how to fix.
Whenever I try to play music from any music player, I get a "cannot play file type" message. The file type is mp3. I have been running, like I said earlier, 6 or 7 ROMs throughout the week and have noticed that if it isn't based off of TW, I have the same problem with the other ROMs.
I'm really a noob when it comes to things like this so I followed the noob rules and looked for an hour for an answer to my question before eventually creating this topic. I'm sure the answer is simple to some, but I'm totally lost as to what to do to get mp3 playback functionality with this ROM. Is it a codec to download? I just don't know. Thanks in advance.
And the problem was transferring the files over to my phone using airdroid. I don't know why this caused a problem but once I connected a cable and moved them over, it works. Thought I would post my solution just in case someone runs into the same issue.

Other reasons files don't play is where you purchased them from. iTunes-bought files have DRM protection so they only play on iTunes authorized machines.
Well as you know there are lots and lots different tubesites out there. one can find all kinds of apps that are for use with youtube.
I thought it would be great if there was an app that lets you choose the tubesites to search through (or add sites). well maybe a download of the results if possible.
Is there anything like that available? or. somebody who could do it? I'm sure that lots of people would like that too at least I would guess.
