No there is never will working stock camera on CM ROMs.

I tried it several times with 03/18 cm12.1 version.
It wont work
not work on CM 12.1
Bootloop.
i dont recomend using this mod, it cointais miuisystem framework file, it is a crutch using this file from another rom

Flash the Arsenic Kernel after flashing the ROM and gapps. It will boot then with a smooth Nougat experience. I've flashed 3 nightlies since using the same routine.
,Camera Zoom effects is great (CM 14.1 nightly with blackreactor kernel). I just dumped Open camera very poor in comparsion with ZOOM
Rear camera and a fingerprint sensor in all Cyanogen ROMs 13 and 14 does not work? What is the problem?

The only solution I know is to flash something other than CM Based roms , so basically it's either stock or LOS 14.1 Based ROMs.
