I'm getting this error message when I first boot into android, I hit ok and it goes away and as far as I can tell it's not causing any harm. I tried the factory reset and the message still returns...any ideas?

Did you try fixing permissions in your recovery?

Flash the ota manually and find the error.

Google for finding instructions to flash ota manually
Try guru boot loader reset. Flash from "relocked" to "locked".
@ahmednma
You are 100% stock odex rom? Nothing missing or modified right?
Hey guys, I was successfully running the Remix OS last version few days ago, and today I run it again and a lot of text started to appear on the screen, then rebooted and now is showing me this:

Yh maybe, but its not that. It doesn't work, doesn't go further of that. That's the last thing I can see when I boot remix os.
I just want to recover one app data. So if I reinstall and I copy the data.img from the previous installation it will work?
I did a fresh install and I have the same problem. Remix os doesn't boot.
Odin flash modded twrp "twrp-3.0-915P_915R4" and then new beta "BETA-SuperSU-v2.71-20160331103524" ... both can be found using simple xda search. NO CUSTOM KERNEL REQUIRED. IT WILL BOOTLOOP SEVERAL TIMES, DO NOT INTERRUPT JUST LET IT LOOP, IT WILL STOP.
Marshmallow root
sorry

So will this work on this version?
II am gettting random reboots after rooting. Not sure what is going one. I'm thinking the root is not stable for some reason. Is there anybody else getting random reboots that the phone will not recover from? I'm having to flash a new image WITH a PIT file to get it to boot again.
works so far. i got the files here: http://idoneapps.com/forum/index.php?topic=274.0
It seems every option in TWRP fails because /data is unable to mount. Is there something I'm missing? Does the partition table have to be EXT4? I can't flash any zips nor backup. I even tried doing a clean install of my stock ROM, still fails. My phone is a SM-J327P running android 6.0.1

I don't have this device but, your best bet is to post this question within the following Official TWRP thread for your device.
