Well, he posted the same announcement in, at least, 7 different sub-forums with the same message (And I'm not counting the ones where he got it right with the Yu Yureka); My best best is that is not for the Moto G.
Seems like a promising camera , but won't just flash it like this sorry . Provide us more info of it , proper credits and stuff like this . Make up your thread , noone will flash some unknown zip without any info for it

Yeah, it doesn't installing at all. I can't see Snapdragon Camera in app drawer and when I go to priv-app folder there isn't any Snapdragon Camera apk there :/.

Yeah looks like there is n issue with it on the Note2. I'll look into it, but not having a test device makes it difficult. I'll search in the smali and see what's launching the icon.

I have made a port of the MIUI from the Samsung captivate for the player 4.2.It is based on Androthan's cm7 and should be working.It should be functional but as I don't own the device player 4.2 users will have to test it and give me feedback.

nah, because idk how to do a logcat. i doubt this rom would ever work because the captivate has a different cpu architecture we us omap 3 but the captivate uses hummingbird but if u want to try something you can try to port cm 11 from the galaxy player 3.6 github sources for 3.6https://github.com/androthan?tab=repositories (official dev @Androthan) he also has a ready built kernel source (just needs compiling) for booting 4.4.X for the 4.2.

I have uploaded a new build, please see if it's working as for porting cm11, I don't think I've got the skills needed to do so plus I don't have linux on my pc and am not willing to.

It seems that the error for the first one is just a problem in the updater script, after getting the error, can you please go to advanced and then select show log and take a photo or something. If I get this to install, it will probably boot, can you try using the meta-inf of the "other ported rom" in the galaxy sl one (delete the old meta-inf folder in the galaxy sl one and replace with the "other ported rom's" one)

Thank you for the pic, did you try deleting the meta-inf in the galaxy sl port and replacing it with the meta-inf from the other build, since that one installed successfully, it should mean that the updater script works.

This would have been a good reason to use aod other then that it's like Bixby no use for me....

Updated all versions to latest AOD version (2.7.20.4)
Fixed AOD touch / Added flashable zip method for all versions
Still not working on s8 plus. Tried everything

It was a long shot buddy I don't think it will ever work on unrooted device
When you modify the apk is breaks Samsung's signature and the only people that can sign it with the same signature again is Samsung themselves. And because it doesn't have Samsung's signature anymore It blocks the install So without root i don't think it's possible
No I mean I am on stock rom... but I am rooted.
Great news for stock unrooted phones, it does work with overlay
(as Venom0642 made Theme with modded AOD, and I mod this from his theme)

MIUI MS team updated the Latest Build according to the Official Beta ROMs
Google apps are Preloaded on this ROM
Magisk and Camera 2 API is Pre Installed in the ROM
You can use Google's camera without any problem

I had to flash magisk again for some reason and move google app to system so google assistant would work.
No google camera installed by rom i had to install it manually ( miui camera seems to work very well )
Overall i really like it

Occasionally systemui seems to stop, but that's very minor.
Also the nfc icon in the notification quick shade does nothing.

So far can't take portrait selfie photos with gcam ( tried a fix but ended messing camera so hard to dirty flash again ) .
Also picture in picture doesn't seem to work .
Anyone else has those issues?

When i try to record something, no matter if I do it by camera or sound recorder, it has no sound

If you use the twrp file manager to move the folder it will do it automatically ...
If you use root explorer same thing but its rwxr-xr-x for folder and rw-r--r-- for the apk inside

Please don't beg for another developer to just make something for you. You'll need to do this for yourself and learn the basic knowledge needed to create an update

I dont find a TWRP for this Phone, and i tried port self, but it failed.
[AOSP 10.0] [2019-12-06] Quack Phh-Treble i have now on the Phone after i found on a spain website this Tool "MTKroot 2.4.4.2-cubot-x20-pro" with this Tool i was able to root and unlock the bootloader.
At the Moment it feels like the camera is worser than before, because with the normal Camera App who comes with Treble, i looks like it wont use all 3 Cameras.

I am considering buying the phone, as it is only 100 Euros now. From what I gathered, Cubot somehow couldn't get all 3 cameras to work properly, despite using quality hardware.
But if you could just use one camera, will the quality match at least a good one-camera phone from maybe 3 years ago?
