Titanium Backup wiped my google drive backups - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Im trying to restore from TB - After a factory reset.
I had TB sync with Google Drive folder. It said "cleaning up folder". Come to find out , it was wiping out all the backup files. (luckily I have another backup on Dropbox) BUT...
Im having trouble getting TB to see any backups. All the apps currently say "No backup yet" and the [Batch action>Restore>RUN..] sections all say 0 (as in no backups).
I pressed "sync" with Drive in hopes that the backups would show up in "Restore from missing apps etc." but as I said it wiped everything from Google Drive.
I have successfully backed up twice and I have the .gz and .properties files in Dropbox now. How do I restore them if TB is not seeing them, and "Sync" wipes the files?
Thanks!

[Q]can't execute non-system apps after restoring from recovery backup

My phone is LU3700, which is one of three korean versions of O1, and I don't think it differs a lot from P500 in this situation.
The recovery is ClockworkMod recovery v3.0.2.4
I backed up three times, and deleted former two backups because I was lack of space in SDcard.
All the downloaded apps and updated system apps such as market or helper won't be executed.
When I try to execute a problematic app, it says "Application is not installed on your phone"
In the settings->applications->manage applications, the list of apps is still there, and for each app Data/Cache are also there but Application isn't(0.00B)
I guess it could be just a simple problem like permission or configuration?
Even if all the applications are really gone, I can re-install them so it's not so big deal. I just want to save the time to install them.
Is there anything I could do in this situation?
P.S. Maybe there was too small space in the SD card when the third backup was made...I think I saw a message saying the backup was completed but I'm not so sure.
Oh, it IS a big deal since I can't use even market or helper(i frequently use it)...if not it's not possible to restore, could anyone teach me how to backup those data?
this happened to me too. i think that the part of the app that is located on the sd card got deleted (if i remember correctly, these "parts" should be located on /sdcard/.android_secure, which, for some reason, does not show its contents on the phone but only on the computer, at least for me). you can always backup your apps using titanium backup and i recommend keeping only one backup at a time so you dont get confused between each one and also for the sake of space. or, instead of using titanium backup for your apps, you can make a nand+android secure backup in recovery, which also does a backup of your app data (i think)
you can confirm all of this by plugging in your phone to the computer (usb mass storage) and check the /sdcard/.android_secure folder
edit: and as for trying to restore, if theres nothing in your android_secure folder, then you have to start from scratch (unless one of your nand backups was a nand+android_secure backup)
I'm afraid that's not the case. it is not only App2SD apps that aren't working right now. they used to work without SD before.
Flash the rom again. Start everything again.

[Q] Unable Titanium bkup restore to cm7sd

Im trying to transfer apps from nt 1.40 (rooted) and am unable to restore on cm7sd. Selecting the directory where the nt backup was copied results in the apps listed (with a strikethrough), but the button to restore will not show. Is there a specific way that they need to be saved under nt, or some other trick?
Nobody has tried restoring from a rooted nook on cm7sd?
I just tried a restore from Titanium Backup and it worked fine. I restored Astro, which I had previously deleted. For some dumb reason it even works now.

Did you save with system data, or just the app?

cant restore with mybackup root ?

when i click restore->app and media-> local->my backup file-> selected restore apps and photos (cant see the list of which apps and photos) and pressed ok,
got'' could not open the android market DB for links'' and then the restart message. Nothing restored =/
i could restore ''data'' but not app and media ?
what to do ?
Yep me too.. no idea whats wrong....
Just rename the backup file.... Try it...
found this on another forum
/sdcard/rerware/MyBackup/AllAppsBackups (apps)
/sdcard/rerware/MyBackup/AllBackups (data)
Under the AllAppsBackups folder, I see:
/AllAppsBackups/AppsMedia (new location)
/AllAppsBackups/LastBackupApps (old location)
As far as I can tell, the data backup is still under AllBackups. Apps backup got moved from LastBackupApps to AppsMedia.
So my guess is that before you formatted and factory wiped, you didn't have the latest MyBackup App, so it saved stuff to its old locations. You copied that file structure off your SDcard onto your PC. Then, when you installed a new ROM and copied back your SD data, you went to the market and grabbed the latest MyBackup, which is now reading from a different folder structure... It now can't find your backups because it's looking elsewhere. You can try to recreate the new folder structure by making the above folders and using those instead.

problem for me is i can restore apps but not data!
after looking at the directories my data was with the app files, so i moved to where it shows in there and it finds it but it says "i can only restore what i have backed up from this device "

Titanium Backup won't restore

I've got TB pro, so i did a batch backup and decided before i flash any new roms again, that TB is working.
Backing up completes fine.
But it won't restore apps.
I updated to the latest TB pro, cleared my data and set app processing mode to AUTO, Indirect, but that didn't help either.
Any solutions?
Maybe TB canĀ“t find the path for the backup? That happened to me when I flashed an ICS rom that changes the path of both internal and external SD.
I cant imagine how, i havent changed roms at all!
I literally just batch backed up all my apps, then uninstalled two apps and tried restore them but neither would restore
Got the same problem for a long time now..... Tried everything
If u made a zip file then extract it nomrally and install the apps
next time use nandroid backup.
Dont forget hitting thanks......

Titanium backup doesn't show apps to restore

I installed Titanium Backup after a wipe and chose the backup folder with all my backups. It also says that there are 146 backups in the order. But when I chose to restore missing apps it doesn't show anything. I've already reinstalled the app but it still doesn't show me any backups.
