You might have flashed some kernel in your yureka plus here is official kernel of yureka plus
Steps:
1. boot your phone into bootloader
2. place the boot.img file in the fastboot folder
3.in that folder Shift+Right click open cmd here
type:- fastboot -i 0x1ebf flash boot boot.img
flash kernel using this command

Unlock your devices bootloader
•First you have to register at htcdev.com
• Unlock the bootloader on your phone by following the instructions at http://htcdev.com/bootloader/
• Pick your device "All Other Supported Models"
Flashing Recovery
•download the zip file and extract (you will get recovery.img file)
•Download and install the Android Standard Developer Kit, I placed the folder at C://
•I think fastboot.exe have to be downloaded seperately because it is not available in the latest android SDK Link
• Place the recovery.img where the fastboot.exe is locate (bundled with the SDK)
• Now open command prompt and navigate to your Android SDK folder by pressing cd
• Now type:
• fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

• Extract the Recovery image from the zip file using 7-Zip, WinRAR, or other similar archive extraction programs.
• Rename the Recovery image file “recovery.img” (without the quotes) to make it easier to type during the flashing process through fastboot.

• Make sure that the Fast Boot option on your HTC Desire has been disabled. You can do this through Settings > Power > Fast Boot, and make sure it is unchecked.
• Turn off the phone.

• Once you are in Fastboot mode, connect your HTC Desire to your computer via the USB Cable.

• Type the following command in the DOS window:
• fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
• Press Enter. This will initiate the flashing of the new recovery to your device.
• Once the flashing is complete, select Bootloader in the main hboot menu.

some GSI doesn't boot untill you flash a zip file via custom recovery.i put the zip in the link of the post.This type of GSI doesn't fix brightness slider by following the Bellow tutorial.....

Requirements:
1.Gsi Rom.
2.laptop with Linux.
3.Basic knowledge about Linux cmd line.
4.Woeking brain.
Working procedure:
1. First extract Rom from zip file which you download.Rename as 'system.img'
2.Then open a cmd terminal where the system.img Located and run below cmd one by one...
simg2img system.img sr.img
sudo mkdir /mnt/g
sudo mount sr.img /mnt/g
sudo nautilus
When you run last cmd it will open a file explorer.follow the path
/mnt/g/system/framwar/
And there you find services.jar file.copy this file wherever you want. Modify the jar file with the help of the below link..

after modify jar file replace it with older one and open a cmd terminal on the location where your jar file is and run below cmd
chmod 0644 services.jar

setprop persist.sys.qcom-brightness 2047
Now your slider work great...

A. Preparation
1. Root the phone
2. Compress your patched boot.img to make boot.tar
3. Copy boot.tar to PC
B. Installation
Method 1
Install from twrp
Reboot to recovery
Backup boot and dtbo (if available)
Install kernel zip
Wipe both caches
Reboot
Method 2
Install kernel from terminal.
1. Download magisk module (magic-flash.zip) from https://github.com/Magisk-Modules-Alt-Repo/magic-flash
2. Install module and reboot.
3. Open terminal.
4. Navigate to folder containing kernel.zip.
Use
ls to list contents
and
cd to change directories
5. Type su
6. Type flash kernel_name.zip
7. Reboot
