A Slim based rom that's as smooth as an ice cold beer.
Thanks go out to:
Martinusbe - for putting together such an awesome rom
livinginkaos - for your generosity
A word from Martinusbe, the author:
*Welcome to Tipsy* This is something i started in my 'free' time when waiting for GZR Validus or Tesla builds and having some drinks. I just started with a slim base, and added what i thought useful. It grew up to be a fully functional rom, and some people got interested, so i decided to share.. The main goal is to keep it Slim based, i will not add any cm unless Slim does. Since we are now part of the GZR family, maintainers & device support will be the same, any device not in the list, just ask....
Changelog can be found in settings--->about phone
Screens:
Please note: The settings screenshot was taken after the midnight layer was applied. It is vanilla by default.
Install Instructions:
Do a complete wipe (System, Data, Cache, and Dalvik Cache)
Install Rom
Install 5.1.1 GAPPS of your choice
Enjoy!

Downloaded yesterday and I am really enjoying this ROM. Does anyone have any tips on bettering battery life? I have adjusted some options on the Kernel but not a lot gain from that. Has anyone had favorable results with another kernel?
BTW - I normally use my phone for communications; calls, text, email, and little social stuff... no games.
I downloaded jaimethemorris kernel and it is working great!!!

Sorry I wasn't a bit quicker on this, but I'm glad that you are enjoying the ROM, and that you got it figured out
@mrlolli
Hotspot is not working???? Hope this is an isolated issue. "Fingers crossed"
It is a difficult thing to do but here we go @mrlolli. I am on the tipsy again and hotspot does indeed work. Previously I was using a kernel and unknowingly at the time, hotspot did not work because of it. I apologize. This ROM works well. Thank you sir.

In all honesty, my DNA is all kinds of screwed up. It works good enough to see if it boots and check a few basic things, but the hardware is going on it so I can't really check mine for you, sorry

- updated source and kernel
- added reboot to recovery option
- gapps included in rom
- camera 8 mpx/video 1080p rec fixed

In other words this is the pure Google nexus experience. Thanks for the ROM
IN CODEWORKX WE TRUST.
Just so ...
Im trying... All the best for your future releases.
EDIT: Wow! it's very smooth & stable. No sammy bloatware. Everything is just smooth and fast, all it's missing is the Toggles and 4-way boot menu. Definitively keeping this one as my daily driver.
Agreed with the above post, great clean build. No issues to report. Very nice indeed.
Thanks to the OP.
Regards.
This is just what we want, pure aosp jb. May I ask the steps to build it?
Well, installed it, works good ! Thanks !
is bluetooth a2dp fixed yet?
What about hwcomposer? Is this ROM at the same stage or bugs are fixed?
Edit:
To not forget, thanks cile381!

How is the Ram consumption on this rom? On CM10 I was getting only 150 free ram!
With same set of my apps I usually get 400 free ram on Samsung roms.

I am not sure which one it is espacially because it is so old.
the only unofficial cm11 I know is temasek rom but the settings screen is not completely the same as yours.
but it also has halo and many more features
there are also other cm11 in android development section which have halo, so maybe you could try them out too

Flash at your own risk! I am not responsible for anything negative that happens in your life after flashing this!
I will be updating this in a timely fashion, but only until the AOKP team takes over with official builds. As far as I'm concerned, this can already be considered a daily with it's stability, but you know that the team won't be happy until all of the customization options are in place. My builds will basically just show you where they are at
Thanks go out to the AOKP team. They did all of the work! All I did was build it. Be sure to give them thanks!

They are still in beta, so it isn't completely fully featured like the KitKat version. However, there are quite a few options in there now and the team is working a lot on it, so each new update might have 1 or 2 new things to play with.
Well, suddenly the team released an official nightly for Bacon, so as I said in the original post I'm all done here. That was over about as quick as it started . You can find their official builds over at basketbuild. Thanks to those who gave my build a shot, and will a mod please close this thread for me. Hope you all have a great day!

Hello everyone, after long studying both kernel and ROMs, I've decided to start building a ROM of my own.
Download
It is recommended to use F2FS.
Recovery - Wipe - advanced wipe - Select internal card - FS options - Check F2FS and swipe.
Remember that you'll loose everything on your internal memory.
Partition configuration i recomend for best speed:
cache --> F2FS
Internal Data -->F2FS
System --> EXT4
Features:
Updated SQL to 3.22.0
New Kernel
Proguard 6.0
F2FS ready for data and cache
ColorOs Blobs (much better quality) -Coming soon
latest webp
root
Compiled with device specific clang and gcc.
More coming soon
I'm a very practical user, and my aim will be to get a very fluid stable system, at the same time with speed and battery, keeping most stock possible with the optimizations which will improve for real our experience.
Thanks
What works for now:
Everything

Big thanks to @RobbieL811 for the patience and help he provided to create these builds.
Thanks also for the experience i won with @ak @savoca @Lord Boeffla @ZaneZam by discussing and learning about the kernel. Big thanks to @dorimanx. Thank you @franciscofranco for commits to improve kernel!
As you might know, all credits go to CyanogenMod Team.

I used this rom (19.08.2022 build) for two days. the only bug is the video recording sound problem just like any other a12 rom. i hope this problem will be solved
I tried this ROM with nikgapps omni, and works fine. But if I install magisk, the result is bootloop.
Hi, this rom is include Dotfix?

For me it did not, had to flash the magisk module myself.
On another note does anyone know why Android Auto is not working for me? I have tried systemizing the app but it did not fix it and I would really need it.
Loving this rom
I'm using this rom 2 days from now. Only thing I notice "unstable fps when playing PUBG" or any other graphics intensive game like COD mobile.
I'll inform if I find any other issues.
Note: fps drop doesn't happen with derpfest rom.

Hello
thanks for you Crdroid V8.
I use this one (and the V7 previously). With V7 there were no google services, but with V8, on a fresh clean install, I can see 4 services : android system intelligence, Device Health services, private compute services and settings services that need to be update.
As I understood, Crdroid is based on lineageOS, which doesn't have this four services.
could you tell me where they come from ? Is it normal ?
thanks
