Hi
I have looked everywhere for a widget that displays the information from the status (notifications) bar..
Does it exist ?
I am thinking about something simple, like just text:
K-9 Mail - 9 new emails
SMS - 3 new messages
Battery - 81%
etc... etc...
(I know this can be acomplished with tasker and stuff, but its too much hassle imo...)
Yep im been looking too. No luck.....
1.4 ghz dragon vibrant
old thread... but I found this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lejzer.android.notifications
It does the job but unfortunately I would need something which includes a filter to not show all programs (ie: blacklist).
I sent an email to the developer, it's an old soft but who knows
Cheers

I'm using the stock Messaging App on the S2, and keep seeing little icons - an orange clock and a green dot - on the right in some of the message threads. Cant find any reference to them in the official User Guides or anywhere else. What are they and how the hell can I get rid? Help! (Please )
Cheers ... Tim
EDIT - Found the answer (note to self: Google it first you tit) ... Google Talk Status - Orange Clock:Away Green Dot:Available

Where on the android filesystem is the lockscreen wallpaper stored?
Is it different from version to version of the Android?
I couldn't find any mentioned of it in the SDK.
Click to collapse
I've not looked for the location of the lockscreen wallpaper in the system, but if you simply want to change it:
SETTINGS --> SCREEN --> SCREEN DISPLAY --> LOCK SCREEN --> WALLPAPER.
(On the VZW LTE 10.1 Tab.)
Rooted: Droid Incredible / Droid X / Thunderbolt / 3G-4G Xoom / Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE
Hello, is there any way to disable the lock-screen on MIUI. I've been in the process of turning my Galaxy S Vibrant into a Windows 7 Phone Clone, and I am using an app for a lock screen which works about 85% of the time, but after awhile, the other regular lock screen displays over this one creating two lock screens. Help?
Oh Sh*t, i posted this in the wrong section.

I would like to know how to display the entirety of notifications for Android. I would like to make all notifications look like ESPN ScoreCenter (sorry, I can't get a picture). With ScoreCenter the notification has no title but the notifications can go up to 3 or 4 lines and the whole info is displayed. With everything else, however, about 5-7 words are displayed and then it fades off and you can't read the rest. Is there a simple way to change this? I'm on the HTC One X
