Requires Xposed Framework!
The "New tag detected" message shows when an NFC tag is scanned that's either empty or contains some plain text.
This module disables that message if the tag is empty. This is useful if you want to have an empty tag that'll automate something with Llama or AnyTAG, or to unlock your device using NFC (module coming soon for 4.2+ devices).
Compatibility:
Any device with NFC and 4.1+

I read I need this mod for NFCunlock. But once I apply this mod, how do I get an app to recognize a new tag?

It doesn't affect that. In fact what this does is simply call finish() for that activity, almost the same as pressing back. Anything deeper than that may not work across all ROMs.

Doesn't seem to work on Galaxy Note 3
Using on stock rom on Galaxy Note 3, doesn't seem to work. Tried after erasing a few tags using "NFC Task Launcher" and still getting the message "New tag scanned". Yes I've rooted, installed xposed and the module and rebooted.

I'm hoping this will get updated to work on 4.3+ soon. Your NFC Unlocking module works great but constantly triggers this screen immediately after unlocking.
It doesn't work on Note3. And the nfc unlokcer is really cool! If it does work, cooler.hah~

This should already work on 4.3. The code hasn't changed since 4.1: http://grepcode.com/file_/repositor.../apps/tag/TagViewer.java/?v=diff&id2=4.1.1_r1
Can someone post a relevant logcat?
Any chance of an ICS friendly version or is there some technical reason it won't work with 4.0.1?

I updated my Nexus 7 to stock KitKat and figured this out. CyanogenMod didn't suffer from this.
Some builds have a different package name for the viewer. This is fixed in 1.1.

1.1.1 has a lower SDK version, so this should work fine now.
I always set a higher SDK version since I have no ICS devices.
I'm getting a "There is a problem parsing the package" when tapping the apk, is it just me? I've downloaded it a few times to make sure.
First of all, THANK YOU FOR THE AWESOME NFC UNLOCKING MODULE!!
I use it on both my Note II and my Nexus 7, my problem is that this other module, "Disable new tag detected", does not work on my Note II (and my Nexus but that is expected as it is on KitKat and if I am not mistaken 4.4 is unfortunately not supported by this module).
Might that be because I am using Samsung TecTiles..? I don't have any other "generic" one to try at the moment.
BTW, for anyone in the same boat as me my workaround is to set it to do something which doesn't affect me (turn driving mode off or, for some other tag, to go to the launcher, Nova Prime) and disabling notifications for the Samsung TecTile app.
So not a biggie... and thanks again for NFC unlocking, I LOVE IT since I first saw it at the Moto X launch!!

You're welcome!
This should work fine on the Note II, I haven't tested it but it worked fine on the S4. I'll test it on a Note 2 tomorrow.
KitKat support is there, I forgot to update the URL in the first post, but it works fine on my Nexus 7. Stock 4.4 of course.
NFC tag type is irrelevant here, I simply check whatever the app is checking to show the empty text.

Thank you and please let me know if there is something I may do to make it work on both of them (especially on the Note II)!
My Note II is an unlocked carrier-free N7100 and runs the latest stock JB 4.1.2 (XXDME6) and only has root (no custom kernel, no custom recovery). The Launcher is Nova Prime.
My Nexus 7 2013 is a Wi-Fi 32GB one with stock KitKat 4.4 + ElementalX kernel 2.2 and root. The Launcher is the Nexus 5's one (AKA "G.E.L.", enabled by the well known Google apk).

Hi MohammadAG,
I'm using this module on a Nexus 5 running 4.4.2 in addition to the NFCLOckScreenOffEnabler. I'm experiencing a problem with this module using a xperia smarttags.
When I scan the tag a window opens reading "New Tag detected" semc://liveware.../smarttags.
Correct me if I'm wrong: this module should prevent this, right?
Thanks for your various projects/contriubutions

I've installed the module through the xposed installer app. I rebooted the phone a couple of times. I've even tried to remove the module and reinstall it.
Nothing happened. Is there any way to debug if the module is doing something? The module is getting loaded as I can see it in the log of the xposed installer app.
@MohammadAG any clues? Thanks in advance for the support given by this community.

Your new module work perfectly on Cyanogen 10.2 (I8190N)

Is it possible that the module is not displaying password with underlines in them correctly? I find that some of the passwords I set have the underlines missing.

super user permission is required to read the wifi pwd stored in the root dir...

Every time I reboot my device, I have to open the module app again to make it work. It seems you need open the app so you grant superuser permission for it. But every time you reboot, you have to open it again.

That's a big fat negative. The actual Xposed framework needed to make all of these things work is currently incompatible with Lollipop Android 5.0. It is in development however so keep checking for information on Xposed for Lollipop and with any luck, you'll be in business soon.

Keepchat works in 100%. (v. 4.3.0 with Snapchat v.9.20)
Unfortunately Snapshare is not. Some additional features work (e.g unlimited text area) but when you try to share something you get error "Snapshare is not enabled. Please enable it in Xposed Installer(Snapshare is enabled in Xposed Installer)."
I belive it can be a small thing that needs to be improved to work with Lolipop.
Snapshare has been open-source software. Where is the code?
If PirateBay can survive, Snap hacks will also.

anyone willing to build up this post on what modules do work on the g3 without putting the phone into a boot loop? yesterday i got xposed alpha 3 installed and had the g3 tweakbox. tried to install a couple other modules that i had on my nexus 4 (kitkat) and that put my device in a boot loop.
here are the list i got:
gmail app attachment size
playstore changelog
wa/wa+ theme
xgpm
xinstaller
youtube background playback
on the nexus, when i installed xposed framework, i got a file that i could flash from twrp in case phone got into a boot loop (it disables the modules or the whole framework i think) but didn't get that on lollipop. anyone knows of a way to get rid of a boot loop other than a factory reset? (had to do that yesterday so asking for future reference).
is it a trial and error to find out if a module will boot loop the phone on lollipop? or is there some other method?

Can you elaborate on that? Earlier i got into a bootloop and had to factory reset phone and i lost the backup xposed made for weather and the clock thingie. A guy sent me the apks that the app created for him. Weather and clock, etc. You think it would be safe to just install the weather ones from within the phone(not flash from recovery) and make them system apps to have it working again? If not, can you advise please? Thanks

So here it is, framework version 69 with support for LG's encrypted apps (LGCover, LGWeather, maybe more). Please make sure to clean your Dalvik cache after flashing the ZIP if you have an LG device and had issues with these apps.

good to know our device is still gettin' some love
i'm still on ver68 & attached is a list of my working modules. btw, do we still need the LP mem fix?
You mean that the version 69 could work with the quickCircle?
Hmm, I will backup and test it, it's very interesting...
Edit: Ok, I confirm that the 69 is ok with the QuickCircle and weather. That's great
(tested on Cloudy 2.5)

SBXposed bypasses the Xposed restriction in the Sparkasse(+) App.
Requirements
- Xposed Framework
- Sparkasse / Sparkasse+ app at least version 3.0.0
- Android 4.4+
Usage
1. Install SBXposed
2. Activate module in XposedInstaller
3. Reboot
4. Have fun with unblocked app.
Download
You can download the mod via XposedInstaller or directly from Repository: repo.xposed.info/module/tmh.sbxposed
Github: https://github.com/tmhzxy/SBXposed
Support
The module was tested by me on latest CM13 nightly for the latest version of the app. It should be working fine on other ROMs.
Please leave feedback with an Xposed log and the apk from Sparkasse(+) app if not working, so I can take a look at it.
I will not add any new features. This module is only for skipping the Xposed / partial root restriction.
Changelog
1.0: Initial module.
1.1: Fix min. XposedBridge version to 53 for Kitkat.
Works like a charm on Sultans latest cm13 (op3) with xposed and Sparkasse+! Thank you very much!
Works pefectly. I knew this Module would come. Like i statet in my Playstore Review. Thank you very much.
I can run the Sparkasse+ app v3.0.0 without this module. And I have Xposed installed, of course. Why do you need it?
Won't work for me
Hi there,
is there any possibilty for me to activate this app under xposed v.2.6.1? The module keeps telling my xposed is too old (though there are no updates available for me).

Meanwhile, Xposed detection is installed. Unfortunately, the detection works at most, so I created the module. If this is not the case, your setup would interest me.

I'm running CM 13.0 nightly (latest version from 2016/11/07) on a OnePlus3, I installed SuperSU 2.78 SR5, suhide 0.55 and seamless Xposed 86.1 by romracer.

Thank you for your quick update! Unfortunately it still won't work - module is installed and activated via xposed, but after a reboot my sparkasse app (which I have uninstalled and reinstalled again) still thinks I'm a dangerous criminal or whatever... still detects my installed xposed framework.
(BTW cloak root module wouldn't work either.)
Maybe I will just stick with version 2.9.1 as long as possible.
Update: I tried same thing with my daughter's z1 compact running CM11. It doesn't work here either - so it has probably something to do with kitkat roms, no matter if stock or custom.
I'm too old fashioned, can't say goodbye to kitkat...

Sure, it says:
SBXposed: Try to find protect classes...
SBXposed: 1 classes found
Nothing more I can find related to this module.

I have built a version in which more things are logged. This logging is explicit only for Android <5.0 and only for debugging, as this is a performance loss.
After testing app, I need the complete Xposed log.

I really appreciate your effort!
My request now is somewhat embarrassing *cough*:
How exactly do I extract an apk file from the attached zip?
After unzipping all I I get is a bunch of folders and for me rather uncommon file types.

The attachment is the apk. Sometimes the apk may be opened by a program as a zip file.

Although it's named apk, it's only shown as a zip file after the download. On my Windows device as well as on my smartphones. I can only flash zips on my phone but that's probably not the way it should work.
Edit: The download via QR worked. I will test it and tell you. Tomorrow. Short baby night ahead .
Thank you!
Thanks man, works flawlessly on my Note 4 with 6.0.1
Thanks, i first used my old sparkasse app from titanium backup until i saw this modul.
Works as expected, thanks for your work.

Thank you for sharing the module, works just fine. I don't understand how Sparkasse can block everyone out using Xposed...
