[Q] Should Google Play services be greenified?

Google Play services start constantly, is greenifying safe? I don't use the app auto-update feature, but account syncing (contacts) is important. I won't remove the wake-up path yet.
I also greenified Google Play Store.
I was unable to make in-app purchases (I had to degreenify), so some issues appear.

Greenifying either of them will result in constant wakeups consuming battery, especially Play Services. Many Apps require these to be running.

Bug with Google App

I have problem with Google App. When I disabe it, other apps like Steam or MS Authenticator won't work. And when Google App is running, Steam/MS are working until I clear memory. The only way to fix this is uninstall and install again Google App from Play Store. It's very annoying to do this over and over again.
Can sameone help me?

The Google Services Framework system app on your Android device stores information and helps your phone sync with Google servers — and keeps your Google Play Services up and running.
Google Mobile Services (GMS) is a collection of Google applications and APIs that help support functionality across devices. Filtering Google Play apps by permissions

I am generally concerned about privacy.
Along these lines...
Is there any tool, websibte, app, etc., that allows for filtering Google Play Store apps by either excluded or included permissions?
The option of filtering different app versions is a plus, as permissions may change across versions.
I found a few, limited alternatives.
What do you mean with Google Play apps? GMS? Google Play services? Google Play Store apps?
