Hi everyone,
On my Mega 5.8, whenever I call or receive call on Whatsapp, the other person can hear me, but I can't hear the other person when I'm using the phone's earpiece. If I plug in earphones, or put the call on loudspeaker, then I can hear the other person just fine.
I know the earpiece isn't broken because it works when I make/receive cellular and facebook calls.
Does anyone know a solution to this? I've tried reinstalling whatsapp, resetting the phone to factory settings, reinserting the sim card.

No longer hear the audio during voice call! The voice call is completly mute!
To hear the called person, i must use the speakerphone or the headset.
Restoring the factory defaults did not do anything.

Hi, Suddenly my phone stopped "listening" telephone calls. When making calls I do not listen to the other side of the line, and receiving I hear nothing. I tried to make calls via video and everything works fine (microphone and speakers). I recorded an incoming call and when played was perfectly audible. Use the QUBex Rom V8.2.
Please help.

#PROBLEM 1:
Is someone experiecing some scratchy noise during calls? Looks like a blasted speaker. I noticed that on bottom speaker too. Is there a poor quality speakers or am I unlucky and got a damaged phone?
#PROBLEM 2:
Noted that if data is activated on SIM2, I can't make calls with this sim card, but I can send SMS and navigate on internet. If data is activated on SIM1, I can make calls with this sim card and with SIM1.
Please, help me.

A strange issue is happening:
The earpiece speaker of the phone doesn't work during normal calls, the audio always comes via loudspeaker automatically and the button to switch to loudspeaker/speakerphone during call also doesn't work.
Strangely, it works fine during WhatsApp voice call.
Any idea, what may be the issue and how to resolve it?
So, some time ago my Bluetooth headset (headphones JVC Ha-A10T)
was working fine, i was able to call, i was able to answer and everything was fine but suddenly my headphones broke. Now, if someone calls me, or i call someone my whole sound is gone. After closing the call in the headphones i dont hear anything even on youtube. I dont understand why, i tried everything, resetting Headphones, restarting Bluetooth and phone.. everything i was able to do and is no solution to hear in calls and after calls please help me
