The Live wallpaper is great but I like the background static wallpaper without the moving lines streaming across...its too much for me... anyone have the background wallpaper?

Does anyone know if I can have different Live Wallpaper for different screens? I did use Multi Live Picture app but it does only static wallpaper from a JPG but I was looking at those beautiful live animated wallpapers.

I'm looking for a live wallpaper that will grab my album art (preferably from Spotify), blur it and display it as a wallpaper.
Theres something like this on iOS and theres this on Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.capken.musicwallpaperfree but it doesn't blur it.
