Make sure you order it at the same time as the phone. Google has no way of adding it on even if the phone hasn't shipped yet.

So I installed the Market on the Q, it shows up as a device in the Play store which is awesome, however the issue is now that it's not allowed to install any apps, probably due to the capabilities xml files and the build fingerprint. I'll experiment with this some more tomorrow though
