I will pass the bill if you want to do, all I needed was 3 you resist 100k an old usb 1 soldering iron, solder, and nothing else, work in an authorized Samsung so if you want to help to make your jig just let me know!

My dear fend instal a apk file named rasher.apk from .
Your devise is need root permissions .
Instal apk when u open this apk u see there are to option for recovery installation than select cwm recovery .
Your recovery will be downloaded ..
Now instal it and it will ask u to instal into recovery than press OK .
Now u have cwm custam recovery.
Now u able to use custam from and many more features..

Maybe a usb jig could "force" your phone to go into download mode...Search for that..

I managed to port root files for Galaxy STAR duos GT-S5282 and GT-S5280.
Currently I am not having this phone nor did i have used.
So I cant check and verify this.
I need testers
But I have successfully rooted my device ace duos in the similar way.
So , those who want to root their device , go ahead and enjoy.
Note - I am not responsible for any damage , brick , etc to your device - it is only for person who have done this earlier
and who are curious to play with their phone. Rooting voids WARRANTY but U can always Unroot
Before you can root, make
sure you do all of the
following:
USB Debugging needs to be enabled on your Grand Duos. To do this you will need to go to Settings ,
then Applications ,
then Development ,
and then finally USB
debugging. Check the
box next to USB
Debugging .
Download the following files
"KEEP IN SD CARD DIRECTLY NOT IN ANY FOLDER"
- reboot ur device in recovery mode.. HOW?
HOLD - VOLUME UP + HOME BUTTON + POWER BUTTON
Till u get in the recovery mode.
then using The VOLUME BUTTON scroll "up-down"
select - apply update.zip from sd card
scroll down using volume down - select downloaded file
select - YES
And done ur phone is rooted!!
Reboot ur phone.
Report if this this not working
PRESS THANKS IF U GOT UR PHONE ROOTED!

You can recover if u have full backup of your mobile! I dont know much about samsung but i think ODIN will help u

The way i get it to work back:
1.Pull the battery off
2.Press Download mode combination(Volume Up,Home,Power) and put battery back while pressing the 3 buttons
3.Now you are in download mode
4.Flash Stock Rom via odin
If that don't work try with a usb jig.

Isnt there any other option
if ur device will shown in pc...then upgrade ur firmware by Kites...it may working if port- com:09 will successfully suppoted by ur pc...otherwise u may procced to ur service center.

i have 2 mobiles one is galaxy star and 2nd is sduos s7562 both are rooted yesterday i accidently flashed s5282 kernel on sduos s7562 via cwm (i dont know that time i flashed wrong kernel) so normally reboot the s duos phn and now it is not turning on no keys combination,no blackscreen,no charging,nodownload mode so searched a lot on google and found 3 ways:
usbjig
jtag
motherboard replacement
i visit today samsung service center they r telling it cost u rs5500
but i dont want to spend 6000rs on sduos bcoz price is too high so tell me what should i do
should i try usbjig-it will work on bad kernel?
should i give my phn to jtag service-it takes 40hr but with rs1500 and no gurantee
should i replace motherboard not from samsung from cheap markets like gaffaar in karolbhag
plz tell me or any other to make my phn working plzzz
your support helps me alot

Try adb methods to flash the stock rom

Even if u give to local stores,they will use adb sideload to fix the problem this is india brother
Those air conditioned stores with samsung logo on top also use adb sideload in these kinda problems soo keep ur bucks to urslf and try it hard

Yeah bro delhi [emoji12] and new prblm occurs(after giving to local store not samsung or gaffar market) now my phn vibrates with black/blank screen and after 5 seconds it reboots on/off while charging, power on,usb mode(detectablw on pc for some time) and i tried ur 300k tools its work it takes my phn to download mode (seen on odin)but on phn black screen when i m going to flash stock ron it stucms at setting up or preparing what to do i dnt have sdk right now so how i use adb or i will dowoad sdk? Listen bro dont mess it up try going to recovery mode and if it doesnt happen try flashing the recovery via odin by going to download mode
