12. Using the work of others.
If you are developing something that is based on the work of another Member, you MUST first seek their permission and you must give credit to the member whose work you used. If a dispute occurs about who developed / created a piece of work, first try to settle the matter by private message and NOT in open forum. If this fails, you may then contact a Moderator and provide clear evidence that the work was created by you.
Convincing evidence will result in the copied work being removed. If there is no clear evidence that it was you who created the work, then in the spirit of sharing, all work will remain posted on the forums.
As an addition, developers have the right to hold exclusivity over their work for as long as it is deemed necessary by that developer. However, if the work is claimed as exclusive, it must remain as such. No selective sharing will be allowed (ie, allowing certain people to use it and not others). If the developer decides to start sharing the work with others, the work automatically becomes available for all to use, albeit with the relevant credit displayed.
When permission has already been given, unless there is a very valid reason, it cannot be revoked (same applies to major updates on the work). Under that same premise, permissions cannot be denied unless the work is exclusive or under extreme circumstances.
In plain English: If you want to keep your work exclusive, go for it. However, if you are going to share your work, do it fairly.
Reposted content, derivative or maintaned works based on that of former or banned members may be removed at our discretion.
These rules apply to all software posted on XDA (including but not limited to ROMs, RUUs, apps, games, kernels, themes, icons, etc) unless that software comes with a license that waives these rules.

OP, I have removed the download link and am closing this thread down while I investigate the claims that you used others work.
For the people claiming that he used their work without permission. If you have EVER given permission to ANYONE to use the work then it's fair game for everyone else. For the people claiming the OP used their work, Please PM me with proof. (Md5 matches etc..)
The rule states:
"12. Using the work of others.
If you are developing something that is based on the work of another Member, you MUST first seek their permission, and you must give credit to the member whose work you used. Convincing evidence will result in copied work being removed. If there is no clear evidence you created the work then in the spirit of sharing all work will remain posted on the forums.
As an addition, developers have the right to hold exclusivity over their work for as long as it is deemed necessary by the dev or freely share it. However, if the work is claimed as exclusive, it must remain as such. No selective sharing will be allowed (ie allowing certain people to use it and not others). Should the dev decide to start sharing the work with others, the work automatically becomes fair game for all to use.
In regards to permissions, same rules remain for this but if permission was already given, unless there is a very valid reason, it cannot be revoked (same applies to major updates on the work). Under that same premise, permissions cannot be denied unless the work is exclusive or under severe circumstances.
In plain English: If you want to keep your work exclusive, go for it. However, if you are going to share your work, do it fairly.

If someone ask me why I don't want that my work is used, it means that you don't know xda rules so here i report the #12 that explain the sharing policy for both rom and kernel.
Cyanoid kernel is for cyanoid rom only.
You're free to fork edit and push requests on git but you cannot use it as is on your project

What is Kapuer ?
Not yet just another permission management application ! Kapuer is way more than that. It is a recommender system that helps you deal with the difficulties to protect your privacy from all your apps.
How does it work ?
Each time one of your app wants to use some of your private data, Kapuer first informs you of that request, gives you details on concerned permission and asks you if you want to allow or deny this request.
Your decision allow Kapuer to understand how you want to protect your privacy. Then, after some requests, Kapuer will propose you an higher level rule to manage a whole set of permissions or a whole set of application. Suppose you always deny games to access the Internet because you play only solo games. After few interactions with Kapuer, it will understand that you don't want to let games access the Internet and it will propose you a rule to deny all upcoming requests from games to access the Internet.
Kapuer is the result of a PhD and is still at its early ages. Updates and improvements will come. This implementation of Kapuer has been build with Xposed.
Even if Kapuer is and will stay free for public, it is not open source. We still plan on a possible commercial use of the decision support system behind Kapuer but privacy is important for us and we wanted to share Kapuer with everybody. We do not use information about you or your data, everything stay and will forever stay on your device.
Kapuer hasn't been tested for the moment with Xposed for Android 5.xx
How can I test it ?
Kapuer is still in beta and lots of updates will come.
You can find more information on Kapuer and download it at : http://kapuer.org/en/index.html

Seeking user documentation

Greetings.
Despairing that Sailfish OS will never have a decent browser and that it's actually losing ground in areas like support for ProtonMail and VPNs, I started looking for an alternative OS for the Sony XperiaX I got . . . to run Sailfish OS. A Lineage OS rom with the MicroG modifications would be fine -- if there were one already canned for the XperiaX. Likewise /e/. Best I can tell, there are not (please correct me if I'm wrong, bearing in mind that flashing a phone is like setting a broken leg to me -- I'll do it if I have to, but it's not something I'm good at). So I flashed away Sailfish 4.4.0.68 and installed OTA 23 of what's apparently the stable branch of Ubuntu Touch. It's pleasingly smooth in many ways, but . . .
-- There is NO documentation I can find. Nor can I find any forum or mailing list. It seems to be developers only, which is fine if you don't have or plan to have users. Does anyone know of any support forum or mailing list that helps mere users try out the OS?
-- There is no attention (yet, at least) paid to security, as witness the OS's inability to read an OVPN file so a VPN can be used. There is a document (https://ubports.com/blog/ubports-news-1/post/using-vpn-in-ubuntu-touch-3065) that describes how one might strip the necessary information from an OVPN file, but c'mon.
-- It is apparently possible to manipulate the left-side frequently-used-applications bar (or whatever it's called; again, there seems to be no user documentation even establishing names for these things), because I've seen different apps in that bar in different screenshots. But nowhere can I find anything describing how this is done. (I learned that you need to open the app store to delete an app entirely by accident.)
The hits just keep on coming, but I'll stop there. Does anyone know of any user support site/forum/listserv where we can sort these things out? I'd really like for it to succeed, and even more to be able to use it, but there are a few minimum requirements (VPN especially), that I need to be able to implement. Otherwise I'll have to go back to Sailfish and the world's worst non-Konqueror browser.
Never mind, I guess. I said hell with it and flashed the Lineage OS for MicroG image. Ubuntu Touch is prettier and smoother, but I need an operating system, not a puzzle game, and absent user documentation it's more the latter than the former. It's kind of like Linux in 1997, but without the newsgroup support.
Same thing here, couldn't even get beyond their installer. I guess UB touch is as bull**** as ubuntu itself...
for pointing it out! I thought already it was me but no, it's ubuntu...
