Remove clock? - Samsung Gear Fit

Would it be possible to remove the clock screen? I have an analog watch and I prefer using that for time rather than my gear fit
Thanks,
Qiangong2

You can stay on other screen than the clock screen. Setup -> display -> movement activation -> last screen and not clock.

[Q] Customizable Clock Application?

I just got a Standard Dock for my Atrix so I can use it as a clock. I'm using the stock Android clock app (GingerBlur) and it works well enough, but it's a bit plain with just the time, weather summary, and icons across the bottom. Some widgets would be nice. I would use the Motorola clock screen, but I don't have access to the alarm settings or anything from it.
So, are there any customizable Clock screen apps out there? I'm basically looking for a Widgetlocker for the Clock screen.
On another note, is there any way to turn off the lights on the capacitive buttons when the phone is docked?
Gentle Alarm has a customizable "night mode" setting that will turn your Atrix into a digital alarm clock. It can move the images around (slightly enough that you cant tell its moving), so you wont get burn in.

Docking QUESTION

When i dock my phone is goes into that dock mode, displaying the 5 app icons and clock.... which i really hate.....
is there anyway to block that?
i don't see any options in my autostarts app so far...
I am not sure how to disable that but you can install a different Clock/Alarm/Dock App. Then set the new app to be used when you set the phone in the dock.
I currently have two CLOCK apps in can select which to use as the default. Once is what came with the ROM I am using the other only shows the time with the background and can be turned down fairly dim and then over time it will go black with only the time and a few dots on the bottoms of the screen from tablet mode.

[Q] Using your own clock widget on the lock screen?

So I made a nice clock widget with UCCW and I have it set up on my home screen. I want to use it on my lock screen as well with PIN security. I can set up the UCCW click widget if there is no security on the lock screen - ie 'swipe to unlock'. But if I set up my own clock, then change security to use pin, the old default clock appears. Is there any way around this?
I am assuming you are using the stock rom with the device and that you have not changed your locker?
Unfortunately the S4 locker is somewhat limited in that capabilities - you can add it but won't be on the same screen that has the pattern, it is really limited in what it can do to that end.
You could try a different locker.

[Q] Clockface development - clock states

Hi,
I am trying to port my Gear 2 watchfaces to Gear S. With some design issues, finally I have a working copy on my Gear S.
But unfortunately (!) , on Gear S, there is a clockface state. According to the design guide, it can either be;
- active state clock
or
- always-on state clock
As my Gear 2 watchfaces don't have this state, when the watch wakes up from blank screen, it shows a simple digital watch instead of my fancy watchface. I couldn't find any information on how to make my watchface always-on. (or creating a always-on state version of my watchface)
Where can I find this information ? Any ideas ?
thx.
Go to Settings>Display>Wake-Up Screen. Set to "Last Screen". This will wake the watch to whatever screen you were on last. If you make sure you always go to your home screen when you're done, the watch will always wake to that screen instead of the simple watch screen.

Watchface for Gear S using Smartlauncher and Zooper Widget pro

I found a Watchface solution using Smartlauncher and Zooper Widget pro. With smartlauncher it's possible to create a Fullscreen (Zooper) Widget on the Lockscreen. I created 4 Watchfaces on this way. I will post a instruction for it right here.

This Watchface Solution is composed of two parts:
A) a handfree background picture
B) a zooper widget to add the Minute Hand, the Hour Hand, the Akku Hand, the Date and the Notification Counter
Before starting, go to Settings and disable Screen lock.
The Smartlauncher allows to create a fullsize-Widget on the Lockscreen. First, we have to install Smartlauncher and Zooper Widget on the Gear.
After installing this two Apps, we have to change some Settings in the Smartlauncher. First, click at the search Bar and hold. Settings will open. Choose Settings and deactivate the search Bar. Then go back to the lock screen. Click on the Clock and delete. At least, delete the five Bubbles on the same way.
Now, go to the Settings of the Launcher by clicking on the Circle With the 4 Dots, then tap on the right upper side on the 3 dots. Choose Settings.

Now go to Android Settings. Moove to Display and LED- extended Desktop. Disable Status bar and Navigation bar for the Smartlauncher. (Don’t worry, both will return with a short swipe for a few seconds)
Afterwards you to to Zooper Widget. Disable just the Status Bar.
Now we have a complete empty Lockscreen. We can use it for a Fullscreen Zooper Widget (with the exception of 5mm of the bottom side of the screen). With a swipe to the right you will enter the App-Index.
You have to put the downloaded Picture blau.PNG in the Galery Folder of the Gear. I choose the way to send it per Mail to the Gear and save it.
Then we have to go to Gallery, choose the Backround picture, on the upper right Side choose this Photo as background. At least confirm Background on the upper side.
Next Step is conecting the Gear with your Computer. Open the Storage of the Gear, open Zooper Widget, and here the folder autosave. Put the downloaded widgets in the folder Autosave. Then put „minimal“ from the Download in the folder iconsets. After that, disconect the Gear and the Computer.
Now go to Lockscreen, click on it and hold. A Window will open. -Choose widget –Zooper widget pro –Zooper Widget 4x4. A shaded window will open.
Widget tap to open. Scroll down to Autosave. Choose Widget6. Then scroll down to „widget tap Action“ Choose „disable“.
At least to back to Homescreen with the navigation Bar and wait a moment. Congrats, your Gear s get back it’s watchface.
