When I change the songs at the beginning I heard a noise, a crash, it sounds bad, It happens in every Music app, I have tried some apps like Musixmatch, Music native app, Shuttle+, I think its a software problem, i don't know....
Can you help me?

Hi, i updated my X8 to gingerDx to v28b and after doing that, i made full wipe, and wipe data cache and all that stuff.
But the problem is that when i go to my music player nothing appears there, like if i have no music, but if i go to the sdcard/Music i see all the music that i have, and if i open it (the song) with the reproducer works fine, I am wondering if the default path where the music player goes to find the music changed in this version.
Sorry for my bad english, and i hope someone can help me!
Is there any way to listen music in background while doing something else (read a document, surfing on net, etc.) ? More exactly i mean is there any setting(s) for this situation or another player to install from playstore that doesn't interrupts the music while doing another thing ?
The default music player have this problem and is somehow disturbing.

the installed music player DOES NOT stop when you are doing something in the background !!
if you somehow open a song from your "my files" folder and go to a specific song and play it and try to do something else in background it will stop
if you play direclty the installed application - Music player - and open songs from there you won't have such problems.....
all players work the same way...
it doesn't take much to be a genius...

I recently bought a Sony Xperia U
It works perfect i love it however when it comes to music its a disaster i tried everything factor release, remove sim , battery , update software.. For some reason when i play my music on music player or any other media player for example MX player or Double twist after 3 minutes exactly of sound music it turns off like it crashes for few minutes it goes black and then it turns on and when it does i cant enter those media applications because they crash immediately..
I tried many experiments like trying with different songs.. different kbs.. but nothing seems to work.. however I tried to see if the issue is the music and its not... i played videos on youtube.... and even my own videos i even turned the radio on and it lasts how much you want it never switched off... This issue wasn't occuring on day 1 after day 1 it happened..
What can i do please help because i just bought it and i would love to find the issue before sending it again to the seller since i bought it from internet.. How can i hear my music on my player? Also whats the best way to transfer music from pc to mobille.. do i just put the music on the xperia u? because their isn't any music folder..
Sometime it crashes when i enter play store also or try to change my live wallpaper..

you could make a new folder called music and then drag-and-drop it with windows explorer. That is what I did with my xperia s.
I think there is something really wrong with your phone, it shouldn't act like that when playing music. Do you have the same result with other tasks? like playing video's?
I think that you should discuss it with the reseller.

Yea videos work i tried different players they work for a couple of minutes like 5-6 minutes (2 songs) then on the 3rd it auto switch off and each time i try enter that player it says activity is crashed or something like that and it tells me to force it down.. now this is definitely not normal and only when i put music it says this..
Please help if anyone had anything similar or knows anything..
well the problem i am facing for quite a few days now is that..
when im listening to music in my SGS gt s5282(no matter which music player)
google voice search keeps on popping up automaticaly..
i have tried flashing stock rom, changing music players and even reinstalled google app..
unfortunately nothing happened.. do please if you all can help me out it will be much appreciated..

Hello to all xda community, my problem is this:
While I listening to music on my player it closes and disrupts the playback, I have to reopen the player to keep listening. It happens many times and do not know how to fix it.
worth mentioning that I rooted my phone, and I installed viper4android to improve the sound quality, it may have something to do with my problem, but I want to fix it without having to uninstall it. in viper4android I installed the battery saver driver, the problem happens with Poweramp media player and also with Apollo, I have not tried with other players.
the ROM and kernel are from the factory, I have KitKat 4.4.4 and I have not configured anything else, except installing small programs for root like Xposed, Greenify (I have not hibernating the media player nor viper4android), etc.
Please help me with this problem without uninstalling viper4android (or showing an alternative to this superb Sound Enhancer) another compatible media player or some recommended settings to solve the problem, I do not know much about android but I am passionate about learning, and apologize for my poor English, I hope you have understood me well.
