Status bar/Notification panel area themeing - Verizon LG G3

As the title says I would like to theme my status bar and notification area. Different pull down effect. Change the color of everything. Add/remove toggles and sliders. Add a twitter ticker/facebook ticker. Maybe have the tickers above the status bar? Add a background to the notification area? Change the carrier logo at the bottom? stuff like that. Visa flash something, Xsposed download, apk to theme it. LG G3 VS986 Cloudy G3_2.5 Build number LRX21R Android 5.0 Kernel version 3.4.0.

Is any way to change order for icons in dropdown notification menu?
Not with stock firmware. It's possible with some custom roms to rearrange the icons.

Transparent Notification Bar

Hey, is there a mod that allows to make the not. Bar transparent in apps?
Send from my awesome S3!
Not sure if it works only in app but with the 3minit mod you can change the colour and transparency of the notification bar.
not to be confused with the status bar
my bad! @Glebun, Whats the difference then. Just so i can learn and not make the stupid rookie error in future!
I wasn't referring to you, since I'm not familiar with the mod you are talking about. I just thought that OP might have had the status bar in mind. The status bar is the bar on top of the screen with the clock, battery and signal levels and notification icons. The notification bar is the expanded status bar where the notifications are.
OK, my apologies. Thought you were correcting my Noobness! I thought the two were connected but presumed i was missing something or misusing the correct names for them!
With the 3Minit Framework Mod you can change both status bar and notifications bar colour and transparency.

Also, if you use AOKP, there is a system setting in ROM control to manage that.
From my Evo LTE, yup.

[Q] Kitkat 4.4.2 icon locations

I have an LG Optimus L70 (D321) From Cricket running 4.4.2
I can not stand the all white status bar Icons, I want color on mine. They do not seam to be using the ones in the normal locations.
I have looked in System/framework/framework-res.apk
and in System/framework/lge-res.apk.
I have successfully modified several of the icons in both of these folders but none show up on my status bar?
So where did Google hide the status bar icons in 4.4.2??????

Need help in changing some background colours

A) Some basic information:
Samsung Galaxy Quattro, GT-i8552; pre-July 2014, rooted
I have already modified stock Jelly Bean 4.1.2, rooted, deodexed, debloated 82 system apps, has busybox, init.d support
B) Recently, I have been trying to change background colours of status bar, expanded status bar, notification panel, settings, pop-up panels, horizontal dividers etc. I referred to many XDA topics and threads. I could successfully modify background colours at many places.
But even after modifications / changes in different XMLs, 9.PNGs and PNGs, I could not change background colour as under:
1) background colour of the top area of expanded status bar (where clock and date appear)
2) background colour of brightness controller / bar on expanded status bar
3) background colour of area where "Ongoing" and "Notifications" text appears on expanded status bar
Please see the screenshot with arrows pointing to those areas.
Please help.
