Hey!
Changed my lock screen pin today, but apparently entered it wrong (twice?) so it wasn't what I thought it would be...
How do I go about unlocking it? I really don't wanna reset the device or install a new rom!
My Galaxy Nexus is rooted, I have gmail pw, ADB access and pin code...
Please help fast!
Thank you
if the phone still has access to the internet (wifi or data) then once you try to enter the lock pin incorrectly a few times it should ask you to login with your gmail password, which should then unlock the device allowing you to change the lock pin.
Failing that there are methods involving adb, do a search on google as I think some people have unlocked it using adb.
Under vpn It used to be the put a password. When I put the password it changed to a network VPN(anyone have one maybe to activate it again? Different types of passwords.
By the way there was face recension but it said I had to ask the admin.
Maybe i need a factory reset but I really don't want to loose the root.

Hello everyone,
My S6 Edge is FRP locked because of a hard reset via the standard recovery.
Now is my question, how can I get rid of the FRP lock?
I've already tries multiple things, like:
- Flash a custom recovery (Can't because of RL lock (Reactivation Lock))
- Install factory binary to try a new method (Can't because there's no binary for my binary security level: RP SWREV: B:6 K:2 S:2)
- Install a stock rom with USB debugging enabled (Doesn't work, because for some reason ADB commands do not work...)
Hope you can help me!

So you have access to the device? In other words, you can use the device (open apps, play videos etc.) and just want to disable FRP but it wont let you? Did I get that right?

Thanks for your reply!
But no, I don't have access to ky device. Only the configuration screem which you get when your phone comes new out of the box or after a factory reset.
Within the configuration screen I can't go any further than login of the Samsung account. Because it won't let me login
I need a way to bypass this, otherwise I will not be able to use my phone anymore...

So you know your credentials but the phone refuses to accept it? If so, open Google on your PC and type in Samsung - Find my mobile. Log into your account, choose your S6 and select Unlock Reactivation lock. Make sure that the phone is connected to the Wi-Fi network.
If you forgot your Samsung credentials click reset password on the login screen (on your PC) and repeat the steps above.
Hope it helps

I just checked your claims and I don't see an option to disable FRP on my S6 edge using Google's method. It can erase and lock the device but it doesn't have the power to disable FRP. On the other hand Samsung's find my phone site has the FRP disable button. I wish to point out again that the phone explicitly asked for the Samsung account. If it wanted Google's info it would have asked. I could be wrong but I'm just saying what I'm seeing.

Yeah I know it's asking for Samsung account. But FRP lock is down to google. Remove Google account = FRP lock disabled. FRP lock and reactivation lock are different. If he can't get passed Samsung account the very easiest way is to just reset Samsung account credentials.

Aha, okay then, sorry for the misuse of words. But still in a nutshell FRP and Reactivation lock are the same thing. Both still block the circumvention of the stock ROM if it's enabled. I think that the author of this topic meant to say Reactivation lock tbh

I've done that already a long time ago. But simply resetting my Samsung account password isn't going to cut it.
My phone has been reset via the standard Samsung recovery menu. After that the phone boots up like it's totally new.
So you have to go through the configuration menu for the phone.
At the part where I have to fill in my Samsung account credentials it fails to advance because of Samsung's FRP lock which I still haven't been able to bypass.

But if you are entering the correct details then it should pass the reactivation lock. So long as you use the same Samsung account you had logged in before you reset. So if you reset the credentials for that account you should be able to log in and pass the lock after.
