If I had a penny everytime someone messed up with google apps....
If you have a backup, restore said backup, if you don't you'll have to reflash your ROM, and I'm only gonna say this once:
NEVER, EVER, EVER, FREEZE/UNINSTALL GOOGLE APPS (don't even look at them)
Google apps are necessary if you want your phone in a working condition, so don't try to freeze them or remove them because your phone will plainly stop working.

Hello
As always, I have managed to make something not work
Now what I did:
I have removed sdcard unexpectedly from the phone and then when i reinserted it, all the apps went wild - they started to force close. This problem affected most of the apps that were downloaded from the market. Some apps even forces hot reboot of the phone when launched (i.e. SwiftKey X). I can fix app if I reinstall it. However I lose all the data.
Wiping Cache and Dalvik did not help.
I have did a little aLogcat reading and it seems that apps force closes when they don't get permission to i.e. READ_PHONE_STATE. I have attached aLogcat file with logs that shows some nasty exceptions.
How can I fix it?
How can I prevent such problem in the future when removing sdcard?
Hi!
I have TB with Pro key. When I do backup of all applications and settings, wipe device (install new rom) and then restore them again, those applications, which were launching in background after system startup are not launching anymore.
I have to start them manually and I suppose they get "registered" somehow somewhere and from then it's ok and apps launch automatically after system startup.
Problem is that I have to do this for each app that starts after system startup, which is quite annoying.
Is there any way to simply fix this? Something like "reregister startup apps" button in TB?
Thanks
Hi,
I have this problem too.
I've read somewhere that it is a limitation 'caused by android OS itself, that installed app service can not run automatically after installation, and it should be explicitly run by the user.
Isn't there any solution for it? it's so annoying
hi. why after root google maps can't work? I have monit that this app need data transfer. super user is blind-don't see apps who need root. and sometimes crashing. I see that process called com.noshufou.android.su doesn't react. and two options.
Hi, guys, recently I noticed my device is installing apps without my concern and what I worry is that most of them pushed into system, though some how I mange to uninstall & block them, I'd like to trace the application doing that & to which server it sent my data.
Plz help me in suggesting some apps that could solve my purpose
Thanks
