Definitely not regular.
Did you open a "demanding" web page in Chrome? Pages that send notifications and stay in memory when Chrome is not used.
For example: pages like "web.whatsapp.com" (I've opened this page on a tablet once, and the battery consumption by Chrome was huge).

Mmmmm I don't remember...I think no but...
Well I will check the browser next days

Ok!
Just consider that these pages to which I am referring must be still open in Chrome (are still in Memory).
Apparently your Google Chrome has been active (probably preventing the phone to enter "deep sleep" mode) for about 4 hours and used 40 minutes of CPU.
Hi again....it seems that with other applications also happens

Did anyone else notice the new permissions needed by the latest Facebook for Android app (4/22/2012ish update)?
It seems according to the permissions list (see attached screenshot), it will have the ability to access my camera at ANY time! If this is true, that sounds like an incredibly bad idea to allow this! Am I just reading this wrong? Does it really have the ability to use my camera at any time or do I have to be in the app and initiate use of the camera first?

Not sure, but I agree on the bad idea. They should remove that feature.
faceebok fatal work on android

I think that permission is for the new camera shortcut it places in your app drawer now.

Moved, please post in proper section
Thanks for the replies so far.
Anyone else have any thoughts or Knowles on this topic? I want to update the app, but not if it can use my camera at anytime without my knowledge.
Thanks!
Great

Before I go through the horrible process of re-loading everything, I saw this ROM on Sammobile and would like to know if it solves the battery drain problem.
It is said to be UK, and released in Dec 2012 - anyone any views on it?
TIA

I put it on last week and i don't think it's bad at all. This is with the tab OC'ed to 1500MHz

can you install CPU SPY and leave tab for day or some time, and tell us, does it go to deep sleep ? or sometimes its stays @ 216mhz.
thanks

As Mausas suggested, have you looked at CPUSpy to see if it actually goes to deep sleep like it should?

ok, i can't understand a lot of things...for example, why in the first log i have a wakelock of 2.3% by alarm manager and the phone for the 100% of time is awake..note that i use greenify with all my apps, the only ones that are not hybernated are whatsapp, nova launcher and swype keyboard..gtalk is frozen..how do i have to read the alarms reported by bbs? i know that they happens sometimes, like 100 times but, for how long does they make the phone awake? i don't know if i expressed myself correctly, thanks to all for the attention

dropbox 3rd link
Tonight I disabled WiFi data and sync and hybernated every app including launcher whatsapp etc.
Telephone wl is disappeared but alarm manager still pops up...
Sent from my LG-E975 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
Greenify hides programs that wake the phone, in this case it was whatsapp with 9% of wakelock...hope this will help someone...

Anyone updated to the new KK firmware and able to use Muzei? This was my favourite wallpaper app on 4.3, but on the new firmware it keeps crashing every time I launch it. This was after a fresh factory reset and a new install of Muzei.
Muzei is working here

Ok so it seems that the problem is when I try to turn down the blur/dim, the app just crashes completely and wont reopen until I reboot.

Since yesterday my smartphone does not allow me to open the notification bar. Apparently the top line of the display has broken digitizer.
By pressing and holding in the area and it works, where it does not in the corners.
I made a diagnosis and the corners are really bad.

If the corners are just bad, how it come not display the notification bar?

Many launchers allow gestures for example to open notification bar.
