Disable popup text notification - Galaxy S6 Edge Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey everyone,
are there any ways to turn off the pop-ups notification that comes with lollipop by default? I've installed the third party app called HeadsUp since I've set up Acdisplay for my lockscreen. It works fine in 5.0.2 but since my upgrade to 5.1.1 it get messed up because of the default pop up text notification that came with the upgrade to lollipop. Well, I don't want to uninstall HeadsUp because of customization options so I would like to disable lollipops default pop ups. It's a complete mess if both runs simultaneously. A possible approach would be much appreciated.
Thanks for your efforts!
I'm on Android 5.1.1 with custom Rom Xtrestolite, custom recovery TRWP and root.

[Q] Get rid of "Immersive Mode" Notification

I am building a custom KitKat 4.4 ROM for a low-powered Android box. On my new custom ROM, the .apk I use as the launcher runs in Immersive Mode. The problem is that the first time you run the ROM it has the notification up top that says "This app has entered full screen. Swipe down to exit." With the OK button. It is not accessible with the remote and I was able to successfully dismiss it with a USB mouse. I am curious if anyone knows how to disable the notification for Immersive Mode? I can't have future users require a mouse just to dismiss this notification and it has become a huge pain in my ass. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

[Q] Disabling heads up notifications on Lollipop

Hello,
I've updated my WhatsApp last night to v2.11.476 and it starts showing heads up notifications that, no matter what i try, unable to turn off. This only happens to individual chats though. Group chats still behave like before, i.e. icon just show up in the notification bar.
I also cant disable the vibrations no matter which settings i use. This is driving me nuts. Is there a way i can tun the heads up notifications off ONLY for specific apps? I suppose once I'm able to do this the problem with the vibrations will go off too.
Thanks.
With HeadsOff lollipop heads-up notifications can now be disabled!
No root needed.
You can also restore the ticker text in the statusbar!

[Q] Disable HeadsUP Popup Notifications on Lollipop

Hey guys. Is there a way to completely disable heads-up notification that pops up on android lolllipop?
I know some apps can disable it (whatsapp plus could =[ ... )
Some custom ROMS, such as Resurrection Remix implemented a swich to completely disable the popups and show notifications just like android 4.4.4 and below.
Is there a way to disable them? Could be with root.
PLEASE!
I hate it! it shows on games, and even on CAMERA!
(i know about "priority mode", but it is not the same,.... i want to still get notified, without loosing part of the screen)

How to enable notifications for custom applications ?

I'm using GO SMS (older version) and recent True Phone; I would like to have badge notifications of unanswered/new calls and messages. I've tried Hola/Go/CM launcher and notification app but it does not work, it shows notification but only for system applications.
Is there anything better in Lollipop for this matter or maybe you know a working solution that does not include installing Xposed ?

[Q] Android 5.1.1 Lollipop one swipe dropdown mod?

Hello!
I have rooted AOSP 5.1.1. Is there any way to have dropdown notification/quick settings center with only ONE swipe? It drive me nuts that even when I don't have any notifications I need to swipe twice to get into quick settings shortcuts.
One swipe without any notifications, two swipes when there is one at least. That would be logic for me.
Cheers
