My buddy works for AT&T and said there are none in stock but he is going to check the shipment in the morning and tell me. So no, not many of the employees know. In fact all that I have talk to so far have been just as much in the dark as we are
If anyone else from at&t/friends/cousins/etc knows, a heads up would suffice

It will probably depend on location. Some locations may have black in stock but some will not. All I know is we will know in the AM.:fingers-crossed:

They may have the 64gb at the store tomorrow, I'm just going by what I see being offered on their website. They'd be crazy not to, I mean wasnt a 64gb offered for the htc one x launch? No black is disappointing enough.
im an recently hired employee for att and i checked before leaving work my store and other in the area have no 64's in silver or black at this time
I am an employee for at&t and we got 20 silver 32gb and two 64gb in stock. Hope this helped.

So I was told about this promgram by an att rep, it's a HTC reference site for retailers. And apparently you can get a HTC one for 250$ off contract from it. Seems a little too good to be true. Anybody heard of it?

My verizon dna is for sale.
This phone works but it gets very warm when doing any thing demanding and the battery life drops fast.
Its more of a parts phone at this point.
Would rather sell it face to face here in Seattle.
Other then that its in 99% new condition.
Everyone will tell you swappa since xda isn't a place to ask for trades or sale any more

Nothing, fully stock with the latest update and not rooted.
The only thing i have done to it is to cut off the usb cover.

You could try through VZW. I bought an Inc LTE on eBay and one day it just refused to come up. Stuck in qcomdload mode. Called up VZW and they sent a replacement.

Hey everyone. First time posting in note I forums. Only because I don't own one. But a friend does. Just wondering something on his behalf. He has att model note I. Still running gingerbread. Constantly checks for updates and always says his software Is up to date. Can someone enlighten me on the latest stock update for this device. He's running stock unrooted with no desire to root. Was just curious. Just whoever responds to this please quote me so I get a notification because I don't check these forums. Any ideas what he can do to receive an update if there is one?

call the carrier.......they should be able to do it over phone. did wifes S3 that way
go onto Samsung website, register device and it will show available upgrades and provide files.......did my Note that way
no hitch, no glitch and no sweat and they are responsible if something goes wrong right?
don't know what carrier he has, but mine is AT&T and had no issues
Kies is another way of updating without trying to find a needle in a hay stack that is a rep that knows something other then what's written down for them

Yeah the ICS update had yo be done with Kies. I couldn't do the update OTA so I called At&t and o was told that I had to do it with Kies.

I really feel that killing someone for lack of capitalization of the carrier name is a bit extreme .. but if that gets you back to holding your head high .. I'll stand behind your decision.

Considering they left SELinux permissive on... I am hoping they screwed up big time and will allow this...
All my Androids have always been rooted soon after getting the phone.
Is the Dev version rooted and bootloader unlocked? Or is it just the bootloader and have to root it yourself?

How exactly? A Note 3 sale is a sale, it's the same device. It costs them pennies practically in extra work. They don't care from that end. It's whatever their contract is with Verizon that matters.

Well i sold mine for less than the dev edition and so samsung made the difference i paid. I know most people sell their retail ones for less than full price. And because i bought two phones so they made two sales, regardless if i sold one, they still got two phone payments.

That makes sense on a personal level, but realistically the number of people doing that is statistically insignificant. I have a hard time believing anyone's 'developer edition' device has sold much more than a rounding error.
