Not necessarily. The developer can choose to make their roms themable or not. They can make their roms odexed or deodexed.
Is it possible to port over themes support from cm7 2.3.6 to my custom rom 2.3.6? Wouldn't I have to port over some libs and mod the frameworks and systemui.apk?

just wondering if there is a mod for the s4 to add the aosp lockring to a touchwiz ROM.
QThere are many Pure AOSP roms available for our MMX A116 like SuperLumina Dad , Dreamy Rom. But SuperLumina dad rom uses Nova launcher instead of Stock Android launcher also the homescreen is not proper scaled. And the Dreamy Rom doesn't support the widgets that we install manually like "Ram Booster".
Its a simple request to please port the stock Android JB4.2.2 without any tweaks or mods.
