How to flash Panasonic eluga A. And update it to kitkat - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I downloaded the stock Rom but I can't able to understand to flash it.....by just reading the procedure to flash text file which is given in Rom file I can't able to flash it.......and update it to kitkat
Please any one help me to flash my Panasonic eluga a mobile step by step to do it.........
Please make a tutorial videos to help me.... Because I m beginner.
I don't know much more.....so please

[Q] [HELP] LAVA iris 405+

Are there any custom ROMS for LAVA iris 405+ (405 Plus). I tried SUVI Rom for iris 405 coz the phones configuration and specs are same and i gave it a try...... But didn't work. I lost the original boot logo even after restoring nandroid backup. What to do now. Tried some custom boot logos but lava logo appears still between custom boot logo and custom boot animation. I want to get rid of those. Please help me on this.
Please someone provide me the link for lava iris 405+ stock ROM and flash tools. please. so far the thread has 29 views but no replies. Developers please help me. I'm getting mad. I need it urgently. I searched a lot on Google but can't find anything related to lava iris 405+. there are a bunch of custom ROMs for lava iris 405 but nothing for lava iris 405+. This is something unbelievable. Can't download it from Google Drive. Its showing " You can't view or download the file at this time". Can you post it on another server like Mediafire. I guess mediafire is best. Please. I need it desperately. I can't update on my phone because of low speeds.

Hi friends I have downloaded Panasonic eluga u stock rom from xdafirmware.com but there is no tool to flash it. I want to flash it can any one plz give me link to download tool with tutorial to flash this phone.
