Hello, Thank you for this proposal.
For now I have no idea of how to save the bootloader or the recovery.
But i think it was blocked because i have a bootloader locked and no recovery.
The only way seems to be a full write of the memory with the meizu tools.
I have test with a android rom but they don't work "token sign failed".
If you can upload the bootloader.img and the recovery.img, i this, you can save my phone

I have the exact same problem. And that 16 there in the screenshot gets incremented on every subsequent call to
Code:
fastboot oem unlock
until it reaches 256 or something, at which point the device shuts down.
Initially in fastboot mode my device would say that the bootloader is unlocked, so it was not like that from the start. But I locked it by mistake (lets say ) while trying to figure out how to make ubuntu-device-flash work (by shooting in the dark, mostly, rather than reading). Had no idea it will not let me unlock it after that.
Also before that there were some
Code:
fastboot flash all
so basically there is no OS no recovery, no nothing. Just barely getting the fastboot mode - otherwise totally useless.
Really looking forward for ideas

sorry ,, the for the useless google drive broken links ,, i will update the links now
I updated all,,links now u see
This is fantastic. I'm using the t-mobile version. It's excellent, but I'm having a problem with wifi. Does anyone have any recommendations?
change ur wifi region in router webpage to north america and see
i tested this,, this both zips 5 to 6 times ,,but there is no problem for me ,,
go to ur router webpage ,,,and change ur wifi region to north america ,,and then ur phone will start detecting ur region
even i use to change my wifi region in router page to north america,,the my wifi started working
u follow this link here for ur problem :- https://youtu.be/IJ6Vj9_S4QE
So, i was working on an lg k7 and was told to remove the factory reset protection. Which that is apart of the set up wizard for lg so I removed that. Yes it was rooted. But, when I rebooted the device It said security error, authentication error #9 (modification). Ok, so I researched and it is fixable, but the lg download tool will not find the device. The download driver screen goes to 100% and I left it there for a couple hours and theres nothing. and the same exit button remains. I have tried the kdz download and that didnt work either. tried odin or twrp, which twrp is already on the device, but I cannot access anything. Any help with this? been working on it for weeks and its nothing but a head ache.
one thing u did completely wrong process,, setup wizard is a part of LG OS ,,IF U REMOVE IT WILL BREAK UR OS
THE MAIN REASON WHY YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO BOOT INTO RECOVERY IS THIS ONE :- [KERNEL/RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING] ON BOOT ,, IF U REMOVE IT FROM BOOT IMG ,THEN IT WILL MAKE U TO BOOT INTO RECOVERY,, AS IT WILL PROTECT U TO BOOT INTO CUSTOM TWRP RECOVERY ,,SO ULTIMATELY U NEED ONE [KERNEL/RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING] ON BOOT ,,REMOVED BOOT IMG
So, how do I obtain that one kernal/recovery and flash it on that phone?
Thank you for the quick and detailed reply.
My router is set up correctly.
I also have two identical LG K7 devices. The only difference is that one has your rom and the other is rooted stock.
The one without your rom can connect to Wifi with no issue.
The other one cannot. I enable Wifi and it hangs, as does Bluetooth. The Wifi Icon flashes consistently. Bluetooth just gives an error and goes off.
I believe that another member is having a similar issue, as posted here.
First of all ,,u unlock it boot loader ,,,boot up it android
Go to settings
,,after that go to software info
,,then after go to about phone, and,, Tap the build number until u see you are a developer message
Get into developer options now
Then enable USB debbuging and OEM unlock
Then download Android SDK platform tools
After that open a command windows ,,on the directory where u extracted adb ,,now type adb devices ,,,u will get one pop up like allow RSA key in it phone,,u just allow it,,
Now type command :- adb reboot bootloader
After that it will reboot bootloader,,note bootloader unlock commands are present on the display of the mobile
Note if it device does not support bootloader unlock ,,then it will not allow ur phone into bootloader
After that root ur phone with kingroot or kingroot
Then use flashify to flah twrp

Hello everyone!
I would install on old Asus ME302KL new [ROM] [ME302KL- DUMA] [7.1.2] [LOS-based] **crDroid**v3.0, but I can't unlock bootloader.
I used ME302KL_UnLock.apk (from Asus site), made everything according Unlock Tool Instuction. Afet instaling Unlock Tool tablet rebooting the system (and wipe all user data), but when I turn on oryginal FASTBOOT mode (VOL- + POWER) i see still SECURE BOOT - enabled.
I made it a few times - without success.
(On Minimal ADB with laptop after command FASTBOOT DEVICES i i can see serial nr of tablet)
A few days ago I unlocked my others tablets Asus TFP201 and 300T with success but with ME302KL I stucked. When 300T and TFP201 booting i see "The Devide is Unlocked" - is the same should be on ME302KL after unlocking?
I read on the forum that installing TWRP without unlocking the bootloader ends with a brick.
Are there any other ways to unlock the bootloader?
It appears that despite the "SECURE BOOT-enabled" bootloader, however, it is unlocked after using the ASUS ME302KL_UnLock.apk. Tested on two devices ME302KL.

Hi. I'm trying to unlock bootloader with ME302KL_UnLock.apk , but at the end of the procedure an network error message appear. I think that the problem is because Asus server at the end of the procedure dont' send the unblock command or something like this. My question is : there is the possibility to unblock the bootloader on me302kl , maybe with a commnad by adb ? Thanks for your cooperation.
Hi men, there are ideas how to unlock the bootloader in 2021, in the next branch they made a modification of the program tf700 tablet

I have the same phone that I just bought and (sheepishly) just found out has wi-fi calling disabled by AT&T. That was a main reason for getting it, but unfortunately I went by the Sonim website's info and not AT&T's regarding that feature. Verizon's version has it enabled, but it's also much scarcer on the secondary market. The XP5800 doesn't seem to be a popular phone for tinkering judging by the lack of info on doing so.
Does anyone know if wi-fi calling could hypothetically be activated by rooting and then toggling some values, or is it more likely that the involved code was omitted entirely? I saw something to the former about tethering.

Still have found no rooting way. Bootloader locked, so no custom recovery can be used. Very unpopular phone, as you see, thread dead.

Each Android can get rooted by means of SuperSU ZIP. Only requirement is to have successfully USB debugging option enabled in Android->Settings->Developer options. You install this ZIP via phone's stock recovery.
To access developer mode, google "developer mode sonim xp5s". Open article: kb.eschat.com "Open Developer Options Tab on Sonim XP5, XP5s or XP3...". The device will then open the Developer Options tab. Ensure the take bug report option is enabled, and that USB debugging is also enabled. You may also add a menu button to the Power tab for future access to this feature.
Be sure you use a clean SuperSU ZIP to avoid malware. Suggest getting one from the xda forum.
Hi. Is there any success with rooting or enabling second sim to working 2 sims together?

How i can do it? Stock recovery have no menu. /cache access denided from user. Putting update.zip do nothing without /cache/recovery/command. Did you know some trick to proceed install? ADB debugging enable, but no root rights there.

Hello SpectralUA,
Does it really remove PIN?
I’m planning on buying Sonim XP5s and send it overseas. I just want to be 100% sure that Recovery mode will remove PIN.
Thank you.

Yes, it does, except if Factory Reset is blocked by Scout

Is there way to check if Scout has restriction?
also, do you know which XP5s (AT&T, SouthernLinc, Sprint or Verizon) has wifi calling enabled and 2nd sim card slot is unlocked? I mean unlocked version of those 3 carriers.
Thank you.

Not if the device is PIN locked and you don't know it, obviously .
If it's open, just try to reset the phone from the regular menu and you'll see if it's restricted

hello .... I have a sister redmi note 4 who has a bootloop ... on the screen with the MI logo it keeps restarting .... it goes to fastboot but not to recovery ... the bootloader is locked and I still can't unlock it because what I looked so unlocked in the system by logging into my MI account ... but I can't get to the system ... I tried my flash but it says that it did something for 4 seconds and nothing still the same .... I tried to put it into download mode - by connecting contacts on the board and miflash download ROM to the phone but bootloop still continues
do you have any ideas?
the phone was so stupid that it kept restarting but always after several restarts it started but now even after two days of restart it didn't start ...
thanks sorry for my english
I had a stroke reading this.
Unlocked bootloader is the basic requirement of flashing. If you don't have it, then sorry you're out of options.
Your only option is to flash stock ROM through test-point method. DO IT ON YOUR OWN RISK.
You can find Xiaomi stock ROMs of your device here (MTK) or here (MIDO).
Of course you can always just send your device to a repair center and change it there.
Goodluck.
test point method is lint two pins od board and run mobile to download mode? I try it ... flashing was succesfull but mobile ist still bootloop

You need to flash stock ROM not any other ROM.
As in the same ROM you had before any issue. Because your bootloader is locked it will refuse to run any boot image that isn't registered in it.
If you have a backup maybe you can flash it through download mode.
I try ROMs from your link and not working...always bootloop I try a lot of ROMs - global, china, stable, weekly and not working....flash is succesfull around 190seconds.... but still bootloop

I Can't help you there mate.
Maybe there is a way to get system info from bricked phone. Maybe through a hex editor or something. That way you know exact version of the ROM you had.
So instead of that maybe you can unlock your bootloader, just request from Xiaomi unlock code with your XIaomi account and unlock it. It usually takes 30-60 days for the request to go through.
Where I find old way to unlock bootloader? because in new unlocker I unlock phone butt I must log in to my account in system... thanks
