Hello everyone! I got a problem I had tried so many things but nothing works. Also I look some other threads related with it and check the Q&A. I have a problem with my Moto E XT1021 System version 21. 12. 40. condor_retes_.retsall.en. EU retes Android 4.4.4. And received an Android update notification to Android 5.1 Lollipop. When I download the updated (about 362m) y accept the Updated. The phone restart and the update begin but it is updating the phone just restart and the system said that there were an error. I had tried so many times with the same results. The day before I received the update notification I unlock the bootloader in order to install android 5.1 by my own means because I thought my cellphone was not receiving that update. Also the same day I rooted my phone with Kingroot app and replaced with superSU chainfire. Even the firts try to update my phone was with the root until I realized that is almost impossible to updated being root. I also captured the OTA I tried to install it with recovery and adb option ( here I got a error "system/bin/bebuggerd has unexpected contents). Finally I tried to relock my moto e and it fail using the command at the end of the tutorial I found here xda -developer writing the command in mfastboot "fastboot oem lock" but it failed. What can I do? Can someone please help out? I would really appreciate it!

Hello..
I got a notification for updating my nexus 6 to andriod 6. I downloaded it but then it did not get installed, I don know what happened as the phone still shows 5.1.1 & it shows system is up to date. Please help. The build number is LMY48T. Do I need to wait for new update or do it manually? My download was interrupted due to a system shutdown.
To update manually, the bootloader needs to be unlocked.
Hi,
I installed the upgrade to Android 6 C432B330, after ca. 70 % it said failed. Afterwards the phone booted and the version information said Android 6.
As I didn't know whether everything worked I decided to use the rollback package(hihonor.com/de/support/details/?DOC_ID=77723)
I followed instructions and tried to install firmware(B180) after the rollback package (also tried B121). But it got stuck after 5% every time I tried. Luckily nothing really happened and I can still use my phone.
Now I don't now what to do. I think I'm still on the transition package(my phone is on B300) which explicitly states "must not be used as a normal version" .
What should I do now? Is it safe to try to force upgrade to 6 again?
Thank you for your help!
I took a leap of faith and force upgraded to B330. It did work!
HI folks.
I'm the owner of a Moto G3 that I tried (unsuccessfully) to root. I managed to reflash the correct firmware to the phone so that it at least worked. I'm currently running Android 5.1, but I'd like to install Android 6 which was installed. Unfortunately, everytime I try to do the update, it downloads and starts the install, reboots (or tries to, it goes to the bootloader screen on reboot every time) several times, and ultimately says update failed. I'm assuming the two issues (booting to Bootloader screen and refusing the update) are related - but I don't know how to fix either of them!! Id like to be able to return the phone back to completely stock with Android 6 running, and with the bootloader unlocked so I can have another bash at rooting at another time.
Help please!!!

MOTO Z SHAREDIAN
Try to reflash stock ROM, try then to update to the current version.
If it doesn't find any update, use this tool:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-z/development/tool-motorola-ota-link-generator-tool-t3537039
Background: I recently flashed a nougat stock rom (retbr on reteu device) and it showed "Baseband: Not Found" (or something like that) in the bootloader. When the latest update was installed, there was something written, and wifi/bluetooth is working well in cuetom rom.
Excuse me, I do not speak English well, because I am Latin American.
Friends, I am having a problem with my moto z xt1650-03. I received the notification of the official update to Android 7, I installed it and after that my phone restarted repeatedly. :crying: :crying:
Now I try to flash a Rom with android 6; and the phone does not boot after installing it but it stays in the motorola logo. :crying:
If I flash android 7, it is installed normally, but after the system starts and when choosing the language or following any of the initial steps to start using the phone, it stops for a moment and then restarts, so it is impossible use it :crying:
I think all this is due to an incompatibility with android 7 that I can only fix installing android 6, however I can not believe it is because the bootloader has been updated to android 7 after updating the android version via OTA to nougat , also the bootloader was updated to android 7.
Please, if someone has the solution for this problem, it would be very helpful. Or if someone knows how to do a downgrade of the bootloader I would like you to please give me the steps to do it myself :good:
