Why i can't update guys please help me

Hello everyone
Today I tried to change the theme on my E10i.
I used Root explorer on the phone to rename the original framework-res.apk to framework-backup.apk, but as soon as I did this the phone turned off.
Now it keeps trying to boot up but hangs at Sony Ericsson as he probably can't find a framework-res.apk file.
I am stuck, I can't even use SEUS or PC companion to recover the phone.
A reset pressing the home and power buttons only makes it instantly reboot.
Please help me

Hi all, i have dell streak 5 with all stock updates and recovery .. all is stock .. Now when i try to start it i see DELL logo and after 30 sec they restart and again DELL logo 30 sec and restart. Any ideas how to solve this problem .. And if u can give me link for all what i need .. I'm new user pls help

Do a factory reset and plenty reading.
Did you do an update to the ROM? It's possible the update didn't flash properly in which case you need to try again. Instructions on how to manually flash a ROM are on the wiki.
And, to echo my colleague here, read. Read a lot.

I have rooted my Galaxy vibrant T959, i was using CM ROM Icecream sandwich since so long.
These days i was in craze of installing Jellybean in my phone, i installed CM 10.1 and succesfully upgraded it to 4.2.1 Jelly Bean with Gapps Signed. Everything was perfectly working but within half an hour of update my phone was stuck at Cyanomod Screen.
I tried Restart, power off, pulled out battery even but phone didn't proceed ahead. I can't even enter into Recovery mode. The only action i could perform was to enter into download mode.
Using Odin, i have downgraded my phone to Eclair. This is the way i have tried for number of times whenever stuck. And that is still workable, but after this process too my phone just shows up Samsung I9000 Screen and then Vibrant Screen. I then Turns off and shows no response.
Kindly help me out to run my phone. Or lead me to Recovery mode, i will complete rest process myself.

Hello guys, I've been around a while at XDA just haven't bouned myself yet within the community.
I usually get my problems sorted out but I recently occured an error that I just can't get out neither how it happend
All of the sudden my Rooted Samsung Galaxy S3 with Android 4.4 ROM crashed and isn't able to boot up anymore he is stuck at the samsung logo and won't resume to the bootloop, I can't bootup into download modus nor recovery modus. I am clueless, I got no idea how this happend all of the sudden and I have no idea how to get rid off it. If any smart guy could help me out that would be great. when i put in my charging cable the led wont lit up neither. It does charge thou.
PS: I have no idea in what category I should post this thread since I am new

hi guys i was trying to flash CyanogenMod 13 (android 6.0) on my S3 and and the flashing went good but when i boot my phone i go to samsung logo then cm13 logo and it stucks there and nothing happened it just keep saying "application optimization 1 on 23" and if it completes 23 then back to cm 13 logo and it repeats. i tried to format dalvik cache and factory reset the phone after flashing but nothing changed also i did this with two different number of builds can anybody helps me and tahnk you soooo much!
