So i recently bought my s6 and whenever o try to change my wallpaper i get these odd pixels on my screen. They seem to move along with the wallpaper itself but aren't in the original wallpaper. Weird thing is that it only happens with the default theme and not with any other. Any help??

Hey friends i have samsung galaxy ace nxt sm g313H i have modded systemui.apk and changed my notification panel but it seems i have only few toggles can i get more toggles like flashlight , PSM etc..
