Hello everybody:
Until today i search into the web how root this device: LG Optimus L7 II Dual P716
I dont found any post or thread about it....or the one found is not clear or fail.
Then seeking into the android play store i found some thing very nice.
1. If your device have android JB (4.1.2) you can root it using this app: King Root ( donwload from the site)
2. If your device have android Kitkat (4.4.2) you ca root it using this software for PC: Root Genius ( download from the site)
How use it:
1. P716 with JB (4.1.2) use King Root: Install the app and then open it ( you need wifi active)--push Try it--if appear the warning: this device is not supported, ignore it and push button Root--wait a several second--then your device was rooted.
2. P716 with KK (4.4.2) use Root Genius: copy the root genius.exe to your Pc (desktop maybe)--in your device go to settings-developer options-turn on debug mode--then conect to your Pc--now execute root genius and when your device is connected click Root it--wait a while and then your KitKat was rooted.
Now you can manage your device how you want it and at your own risk.
Please avoid uninstall anything without ask first.
In other post i will tell you how install recovery CWM, follow step still post in XDA and how to flash the android kitkat in this model.
Sorry my bad english and the ausence of images or download links--i am not allow to do it.
Thanks everybody for read me.
Can confirm the method for 4.4.2 worked on P716 for me.
Thanks!

Hello All,
I got this really easy one click method to root P715.
Follow the instructions a per below link.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2439667
After that install SuperSu from PlayStore which will uninstall the superuser apk installed automatically while rooting.
Please share if it works.
It may work for many more devices.
Hi,
I did not want to root my G750-U10 B119, but I would like to use one of these "activity bracelets" which track your daily activity and almost all of them (especially nicer ones ) require Android 4.4 to connect to your smartphone.
That is why I am looking for (as simple as possible) way to root my G750-U10 since I found this ROM which would fit my needs but can not update to it without rooting the smartphone.
Can anyone please suggest to me/point me to a simple explanation on how to do this?
Thanks in advance for all your help and for not mocking me because of my HOPE that there is a simple way to do this.

Hi
@ lovemilyf, could you please provide a link for that root master you've used. I can't find it on the play store and there is this one , Root Master (RaidMod) that actually does not work on the U10 ( URL at androidpot dot net - root-master-apk-download-english-chinese ).
@ Pavana. Root Genius works perfectly, fast and very easy; run the software (no installation needed,) connect the device to a PC and click on "Quick Root". You have the option to "Un-root" it also when you decide so. Both features successful tested on G750-U10. You could download it for free from the official site at shuame dot com. Good luck.
Hey guys, I just bought a Xolo Q900s Plus phone and I'm looking for a way to root it. I've already tried framaroot, towelroot, kingo root and all have failed. (kingo was a scary one!). So, then I figured I wouldn't go medding around any more with my new phone and let the professinals take it from there.
If any of you have found a way to root this device please let me know.
Thanks

Hey.....just download king root and root your phone with a single click!!!I wanted custom ROM for Xolo q900s plus.....help if found....

I got It!!!
I finally found a way to get it rooted. All credits to the blogpost on thebroodle.com for Micromax A121 which mentions VRoot for rooting. Vroot is now iRoot and that's what I used to root my phone.
I got several warning messages for downloading iRoot software, don't know why, but it worked great. I can't post links so you'll have to do some work to get these softwares Here's how to do it:
1. Install the right drivers for your phone. Search for Xolo drivers and download them from androidmtk.com
2. Install iRoot. Link can be found on the blog post for Micromax A121. Search "root micromax a121" and click on the result from thebroodle.com
3. Connect your phone to the computer and iRoot should detect the right model. Then click Root and in a few minutes, it should be done.
The phone will restart and screens will change in iRoot but don't touch anything until it says it's done. That's all. Enjoy!
Now I'm gonna go install Titanium backup finally.

We know that root is unsafe for people who cannot manage it. iRoot is a kind of tool to help you root your android, like jailbreak. So in fact, it is an unsafe tool. If you get the root permission with out control it may demage your system, so, you may get warning messages. And, go to the offical site iroot.com to download the software. it's the lasted and safe one. Most of other site, may changed some thing in iroot so it may not safe I think.
Custom rom for xolo q900s plus
Hello sir and senior members i need custom rom for xolo q900s plus
This phone built on the widely known MSM8212 based Innos I7A platform so it shares HW with many other branded devices.
Innos I7A (Original JSR brand, China and Worldwide)
Xolo Q900s (This one has lower res LCD 540x960, India)
Xolo Q900s Plus (India)
Xolo Win Q900s Plus (this one has WinPhone 8.1 FW, India)
Highscreen Omega Prime S (do NOT confuse with MTK based 'non-S' version! Russia)
Impression Smart S471 (do NOT confuse with MTK based C471 version! Ukraine)
i-Mobile X Slim 2 (Thailand)
There should be other versions (including CDMA-allowed MSM8612 based)!
Please do NOT confuse with Innos I7C and related. It has same casing but the different (older) MSM8225Q based M/B.
You can find original factory FW's for Xolo versions incl WP 8.1 FW on the SineshGSM site (Google will help to find).
You can find original and many custom ROM's on the Highscreen offsite, Impression offsite and Russian 4pda forums. There should be some Indian forums where Xolo products are discussed.
I've ported old TWRP 2.7.1.0 version for this platform. Just flash through Fastboot mode (Power+Vol-), run recovery (Power+Vol+) and launch rooting (Superuser) installation, plus get normal recovery util to backup/restore any data from/to your device including unique EFS/NVRAM paritions to/from SDCard. You'll also get full rooted ADB access to the device's file system while TWRP is loaded to change ANY files/bytes you want one by one. w/o any f..n restrictions. This is especially useful to recover/fix any data/files while device is broken into the some unbootable condition.
[HELP] Reliable root & install superSU and TWRP for LG G2 D80210b-TWN 32GB 4.2.2 ?
Hi all,
I read lots of threads here and have to resign to root my phone the hard way because :
• I tried Stump root, Towel root, the "clean" methods for people without a computer found here
• I don't want to use Kingo or iRoot because they install pups with the exploit
• I know going to Kitkat would be easier but my Taiwanese phone is used in Europe and doesn't receive OTA updates. I prefer Jelly Bean for the moment.
Would someone know of a reliable method to do it with my phones specs?
LG G2 D802
D80210b-TWN-XXX
4.2.2 stock kernel
Baseband M8974A-AAAANAZM-1.0.190036
ioRoot looks good but my phone model isn't listed. If I can borrow a computer where the owner allows me to install drivers. I'll only have a limited access time of one hour. This it's vital for me to "succeed". I'm just trying to get some good advice before starting.
Thank you all.
Root using Kingroot and then replace kingroot with supersu. You don't need to have a computer to root your device.Your device have forum to look for support.
Hi Røbin,
Thank you for your reply and suggestion.
I used Kingo Root because the app package is smaller than KingRoot. It doesn't install any extra apps. I then changef the Kingo Root by following this procedure posted by MSalmanKhan17.

Both are correct. That's what I used on my g2 d801.
I am having issues rooting my LG Optimus Zone 3 with one-click root software.
I've tried both the .apk and the PC methods for Kingo Root and Kingroot. I've tried numerous times with both only to get a "Root Failed" result.
Has anyone had success rooting this phone?
Thanks

Hi we have it figured out on another thread here...
you'll have to downgrade to version 2 of the software then root and flash a few partitions to fix a bootloop issue then we use kingroot to exploit the device to root. then we use some codes through ADB to remove king root. and replace the whole SU bianary with chainfires SuperSU.apk
it's a process but if you have any problems following the tut. just post in the above mentioned thread and we will help.
we have links to everything you'll need over on our thread .
come join us over there for rooting your zone3.
and Welcome to XDA
