I have some problem to root a rockchip 3066 tablet android 4.4 kitkat,i have tried many time,but seem not working. Someone know how root it?

depends. my advice, check out flashmyandroid.com and see if their tablet section has support for you. Slatedroid and topnotchtablets may also have some info. XDA is great for phones, no so much for much else
