Has anyone been using these builds for the vs985 by Invisiblek?
I haven't tried yet, but I was hoping to get some info on the rom before I dive into flashing and such.
The magicalness of CM13 is being discussed in the CM 12.1 thread located in the Original Development forum. I suggest you go there for info.

I've been running new builds for almost a week and I've not had that problem.
Found the problem was the new cm apps which included the dialer removed them an dialer works fine.

I had this same exact problem. I am currently running the 20151118 build. I tried the 20151119 build but couldn't get my phone to boot. I have yet to use any of the newer builds.
I've been running the latest builds no problems at all. The only thing that I have to do is if I'm flashing an update I flash the zip and also flash the make permissive zip. If you don't the ROM will not boot. I hope this helps.
CM13 has been running great for me, aside from:
a hard lock when trying to pair bluetooth devices. No matter what I try, I can't get this to work.
The built in camera app is good for one picture at a time for me.
20151129 nightly and these issues are still present. If these aren't dealbreakers, or if you want to see if maybe you don't have these issues, give it a shot.

Alright, following This Guide I got Google now working.
To summarize what I did
1. Root phone using the Korean Root method
2. I unlocked the bootloader and installed CWM using Project FreeGee
3. I booted into CWM and installed This zip.At the I was writing this guide, I freegee was on version 0.5
4. My phone restarted and froze up about twice before finally staying booted. It seems to have normalized now.
edit:Right now most things seem to work.
If anyone finds a better version of Google now, please let me know and post the how-to.
I didn't make the zips and all I have done is follow the instructions and write down my personal experience. I give full credit to the author of the original post for their instructions/work they did. However, since the LGOG doesn't need project Butter, Google Now is the main thing we are missing from 4.1 and it should help ease the wait for a stable AOSP ROM. If anyone has any issues let me know and I'll make a list.

THis is great news. Right now I'm pondering whether to get this phone or the Note II, and Google now (which I have on my Captivate running SlimBean 3.0) is the one thing I really cannot imagine giving up.
Question: when you say that Calendar/settings alamrs don't work, do you mean that they don't work at all, or that they don't show up in Google Now?
I was referring to not working in Google now. Although i did manage to set an alarm with it shortly after this post.
Also fwiw I had the captivate too. I try to stick with nexus hardware.

I couldn't get it to work.... Musta done something wrong...
OK, I can't get it to launch links for me after searching. Anyone else? I'm wondering if it's because I removed Chrome and the LG browser?
Sent from my LG-E970 using Tapatalk 2
Edit: Works most of the time but I also have issues launching links. I still have chrome and the stock browser installed, it will launch them I just have to click on them multiple times. I'm also occasionally having issues exiting to the home screen using either the home button or the back button.
Links can be a little stubborn for me but, usually open.

Titanium backup.
Sent from my LG-E970 using xda app-developers app
Uninstall stock voice search with titanium backup or you will get problems with android keyboard. It makes it try use them both for voice typing. I'd assume it may be the cause of any and all problems.
Edit: scratch that... Since installing Google now I get all kinds of freezing reboots. Caca. Then again it just be saying f u to nova launcher. Clearing cashes fixes it until it happens again.
Has anyone had good luck with this?

One of the cards says there's an update available in the Play Store. When I go there it says my device is incompatible. Is there something we could tweak to the build.prop in order to get this update? Or will that mess things up due to the nature of how it was installed?
I have been running one of the earliest versions of CM11 by Unjust. So far I've found it to be very stable except for random data drops.
That being said I'm trying Nottas latest PA. I always use the voice dialer to set my APNs for Cspire. This ROM as far as I can tell does not have a way to do this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm on latest too.
Use nottas settings that have the apn editor included... I didn't notice it missing in this'd version, is in the one right before, and he has had it included since December builds...
http://goo.im/devs/notta/extras/pa_fascinatemtd-APN_EDITOR.zip
The zip would not work for me,,, but i extracted the apk (settings. apk) then copied and put into the priv-app folder,,, overwriting the original,,, fixed permissions,,, tapped to install,,, and it does seem to work and not cause any immediate issues... but make a backup of the original just in case
.
Looks like that may be just what the doctor ordered. Thank you so much!!

I've tried both radios (attjb and jbmako) and they use to work just fine but now they don't work at all. Anything I can do?
What ROM are you using?
If you can flash the stock ROM (should be somewhere in the general section), then test to see if you can hear calls

Which stock rom? I have no idea which one to use.

Just wanted to share that sweet taste of candy I found strolling through the INTERNATIONAL Note 3 thread:
Mod Edit: Removed Broken Link
WORKING:
Calls
Text
Data
Camera (flash will cause camera to crash SOMETIMES)
GPS (turn by turn doesnt speak)
Bluetooth
Wifi (Huge battery drain under MISC for me)
Texting short codes
ISSUES:
Camera with Flahs will SOMETIME crash camera
You have to assign long press homeSETTINGS>>BUTTONS>>HOME>>LONG PRESS
Google+ will randomly cause a reboot either on opening or replying
WIFI seems to drain the battery for me
Home to wake doesnt work, ONly power
Clear all recents FC's System UI (it restarts on it own and kicks you back to lockscreen)
NOTE*******
I CAN CONFIRMED THAT THIS ROM WORKS FOR OUR SPRINT GALAXY NOTE 3
Text works? Whats your trick there? Why post this here when its not for sprint? CyanogenMod is yet to get device tree updated for CDMA devices or there would be a build here
Text has not worked for anyone using Sprint, as far as I'm aware.

Yup, nothing will send an sms. It's not really a problem at app level.
I cannot believe this guy posted this here.
Everyone NEEDS sms/mms so why post it here when it is in the international thread?
I booted this up within the hour they posted it in the international thread, yes it is great quick and snappy but not for daily use, unless someone fixes texting.
Getting peoples hopes up. @xxflagstarxx There is a reason it isn't/shouldn't be posted here in the Sprint variant section.
This should be locked and re-directed. I'm with you @ram9200
I'll send out a few pms.
Gentlemen, it clearly states what it is and what it does.
It is something to work with a preview of our possible future!
I don't think that it should be discouraged.
I have to agree. The only reason this build exists is to give people who cant wait until official builds a taste of lp. Since when do we discourage tinkering and playing around with the latest and greatest? What new great thing didnt start at this very stage, or even worse?

Good morning, folks!
I have a Moto E 2015 3G (Otus) with Snapchat. When i try to make a video on Snapchat, the phone make a reboot!
Happens since i use the stock rom from motorola (Android lollipop) Now i'm using the most recently Nightly of Cyanogenmod.
What am i supposed to do? Somebody have the same bug?
it may be a bug from Snapchat, even?
thanks for the help!
Same problem. For me Snap chat crashes after k record a video. Problem is with the cache folder where Snap chat temporarily stores the video.

Do you know how to fix it?
Unfortunately no. You will have to either make changes to the ROM you're using or flash another one.
It won't be fixed by making any changes so easily.

I'm using Cyanogenmod 13. some other rom can fix this, maybe, you said?
Doesn't matter if you're using cm13 or 12 or any other. It will work on a good stable ROM. Your build for the cm13 has bugs including this one.
