Hey guys, I have an app that has a login with password and when I login, the app is detecting that my phone was rooted.
Is there a way I can hide this from the app itself?
I have a Galaxy S5.
This is where I downloaded the app, it is the New Jersey 888 Poker app:

thanks for all the help,
Travis

wow thanks so much, that does seem like it should work.
What part would you restrict for the app? I tried "system" but that didn't work, I'm curious what it is scanning to test for root on the phone.
Thanks again.
So I am figuring out that maybe I should be restricting the shell commands.
But when I tick the 'load' and 'start' ones the 888poker app will not start.
It does start when I tick the 'exec' one but that doesn't seem to stop the app from recognizing the phone has root.

this depends on what applications they are, some need to start for the phone to work properly
Rom Toolbox Pro has a feature to "enable" or "disable" startup programs and/or apps. For obvious reasons, you'll need to be rooted.

The autostarts app works well for me as a dedicated app. But yes heed caution at disabling system apps. Some are important.

There is this tool called Android Assistant https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.advancedprocessmanager which is not a root tool, but can still block apps during startup.
Hello,
I am using Samsung Galaxy S II, using Carbon Rom ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2231992 )
Previously, when I flashed the ROM and gapps, Playstore was working fine.
But just today, when I started the App, it shows me "No Connection" with Retry button on it. Below is the preview

I had tried, "Clear Data"
Also tried again flashing gapps zip
But, nothing worked out for me.
If anyone know, solution for this, let me know

This is play store apk. First move play store app from system aps to some other place and install it. if not works fine then uninstall it and move the store app again in system app and wait for some good suggestion.

Got it. In your first post you said disabled, so I thought you wanted to disable it. However, you can uninstall from the same location.

Friends, I use a Custom ROM every day, but I have the problem that I can not, or rather I do not know how to hide the SuperSU icon from my status bar. I do not want to install applications like Xposed to be able to do it, I would like to know if there is any way to do it through ADB or another solution without needing to use any application?
Excuse my English, thanks first of all.

Depends on your launcher. For example, in Nova, long click the app until the uninstall option pops up

I do not have the application on the desktop, and when I download it from Google Play and then open it, I get the message: "App Busy". I have this section in the Configuration of my device "Superuse" attached a photograph.

You have ad malware, from some app you installed.
Might want to try Malwarebytes for Android. I think the free version will help you find the offending app.
