* Double Battery Icon on status bar?
Go to settings >> Bliss Interface >> Status bar and set Clock to Text
Alright Guyz, I will explain you in detail how to Install cm12.1 and ApexPeria Mod on our Grand 2
Installing recovery:-
• First of all Download the required tools from POST 3(Samsung Drives, ODIN, TWRP , Xperiia ROM) on your PC for tasting the Z5 Looks.
• Install the Samsung Drivers on the Computer.
• Place ROM , Gapps Xperia ROM on SD card of your Phone.
• Extract the ODIN using Winzip or Winrar.
• Run the ODIN from the Extracted folder.
• Uncheck the opton RE-PARTITION(important) and select AP/PDA, select the downloaded recovery.
• Turn off the phone and press the key combination “”Volume Down+ Home + Power””, This will boot the device in download mode.
• ODIN will detect your Phone as COM[x] and click on start and wait till you get the PASS message.
• Disconnect the phone and press the key combination “”Volume up+ Home + Power”” to boot the phone in Recovery mode,
• Finally you have a working recovery on your device which is required for flashing.
InstallingROM :-
• Once you are booted in Recovery Wipe, data cache dalvik cache and System.
• Install the ROM and Gapps
• Wipe cache, Dalvik cache and reboot the phone.
• Done, you have Z5 ROM on your device

Good rom with a bit of lag here and there but can be fixed with in an update.

Didn't work
No apps work. Every time I open an app it force closes. I'm on blisspop latest build by appav01.
stereo channel bug still there, same as blisspop. can you fix that in the future? or anyone know how to swap stereo L R channel, its reversed in this room and blispop

Installation Instructions
WARNINGS BEFORE FLASHING:
IMPORTANT: DON'T FLASH ON 4.1.x FROM COMPANY. UPGRADE PHONE TO 4.2.1 FROM SERVICE CENTER, BEFORE FLASHING ANY CUSTOM ROM. Otherwise you may get SCREEN FLICKERING OR LOW TOUCH RESPONSE ISSUES.
IMPORTANT: FLASH AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for any bricked phones or damages caused due to phone. You lose warranty when you root/flash roms on your phone.
BATTERY: Keeping at 100% charged is recommended before flashing.
BACKUP: Take BACKUP from recovery, useful in case you mess up. Or try Titanium to backup all data and apps.
Flash only on Micromax Canvas HD A116 and its clones My Phone919i, Wiko Cink 5, Fly IQ451, Qmobile A600 and Ninetology Stealth 4X i9501 . DO NOT FLASH ON ANY OTHER MODEL/PHONE.
ACTUAL FLASHING STEPS:
Download ROM and store on Internal or External SD
Start TWRP/CWM Recovery Mode
Take full backup in recovery mode. Dont cry afterwards.:silly:
First time flashers do Factory Reset FULL WIPE [Warning: Data will be deleted]
(If anyone flashing from previous version, then NO NEED TO FACTORY RESET)
Install ROM
Clear Dalvik Cache & Reboot Phone.
*** DONT FLASH ANY KERNEL AT LEAST FOR A WEEK TO EXPERIENCE POWERFUL PERFORMANCE OF INCLUDED KERNEL WITH POWERFUL TWEAKS **

OTA Update Instructions (Latest on top)
Installation Instructions after getting OTA Notification on Phone:
1) Run OTA Updater. If download is available click on "download" button
2) It will ask you following two options
____________Wipe Data_ [_____]
____________Wipe Cache [Select]
Do not wipe data, else your data will be erased. << lolz :laugh:what a sentence?
3) Now phone will start in recovery mode.
___ Select SDCARD >> folder "Ota Updater" >> folder "Download" >> Select downloaded file and FLASH
4) When flashing is done "Wipe Dalvik Cache" and REBOOT. Done!
Instructions for Manual Flashing of OTA Updates:
1) Copy on SDCARD,
2) Flash Update ,
3) Wipe Dalvik Cache only and Reboot. No! Don't do Factory Reset, it will wipe your data.

Q-Should I try any other modified kernel?
Ans- This rom is Optimized to extreme level to give you best performance. This smartly tweaked rom comes with Stock kernel which have confirmed advantage of No Bugs, Reliability, Good Battery Backup and Superb Power performance. It is advised that you try this rom with included stock kernel for few days and then if you are not satisfied, you are free to flash any kernel you want. Custom kernel can be flashed but results are not always as expected. If you face any issues on other kernel, I cannot help you and you should contact kernel developer for further help.
EDIT: Just to add, heavy games like Asphalt8 and NOVA3 runs like butter. And most of the gamers are getting more than 5 hours of game time in single charge which is unbelievable but true. I am not gamer, but other gamers have confirmed it.

A- The rom contains Indian Baseband.

A-Make sure you have that app in Internal storage and not sd card.

Q- Xposed not working?
A- Xposed works perfectly in all roms made by me. But make sure that Xposed Installer and all its modules are installed in Internal memory and not sd card .
____1) Run App Manager and Move "Xposed Installler" and "Graviti Box" or all other modules to Internal Memory.
____2) Run Xposed and in Frameworks again Run "INSTALL/UPDATE" and reboot.
____3) Now just UNCHECK Gravity Box and RE-CHECK Gravity Box.
This worked perfect on Z2 on my phone and that is my own screenshot attached below.
This method works on other roms too.

Very smooth rom and amazing free memory ( 145 Mb ! ) but clean a little the screen
No bugs found, only in Lenox settings, i can't change picture or name the app crashes

You can't have a virus on your PC, it's a zip and you don't have to open it it, just drag on your phone and flash it

Awesome it is!! Works as it should. Flashed today noon, so far so good!!
All cyanogenmod roms have built in root. Enable root from developer options.
Or flash supersu zip.

My friend you have ti flash supersu zip, and also after rebooting, tap on build number 7 times to enable developer options, after which from developer options, you have to select Root Access - Apps and ADB.. Reboot afterwards. Now it should work.
He doesn't need to do both. Either flash the zip or enable from developer options.

Well, thats good suggestion, however small apps are ram consuming and will slow down the device, so I choose not to port it

Instructions:-
First of all, download and install latest TWRP Recovery.
Download StryFlex™ Marshmallow ROM and put it in your device storage.
Now Reboot and go to Recovery.
Format system, data, cache and dalvik-cache, do a factory reset and make a clean install.
Then click on Install Zip. Select storage where StryFlex™ ROM is kept and Flash the ROM.
Flash Gapps zip. [Recommended- Open Gapps Pico]
Now wipe Cache and Dalvik/ART Cache.
Reboot your phone. Note that first boot after installation might take 15-20 mins to boot. So have patience, it'll boot!
Done!Enjoy New Xperia UI!

Important Instructions:-
Substratum Theme Engine is bit different from previous Layers Engine.
Make sure you have updated SuperSU app to latest version. Launch Substratum app, grant superuser access to both substratum and masquerade. Now you need to manually install the attached themes. Each theme contains 4 different accents.
You should apply only one accent at a time to avoid conflicts. Go to desired theme, select the accent, click build and enable. It takes around 2-3 mins to fully apply theme. When it shows No errors while applying theme dialogue, do a soft reboot to let the theme take full effect.
Remember to do Clean Overlays before applying new overlay. You need to do soft-reboot after applying an overlay to take full effects.
You can find all wallpapers in wallpaper tab. You can choose according to your liking, crop and apply it manually.
Due to API restrictions, it wasn't possible to include lockscreen wallpaper in the theme itself, so I have attached zip of lockscreen wallpapers, you can download and extract those to your sdcard.
You need to manually apply lockscreen wallpaper from Album->Your lockscreen wallpaper from sdcard->Use as->Lockscreen wallpaper.
Also, to get rid of AOSP launcher icons, long press home screen->Home settings->Icon appearance->Apply Xperia XZ icon pack.

Testing Now. Rom works properly. will update my post if i found a bug! keep sharing!
i installed on my phone.but recovery is not working......
so i installed directly by using twrp and then worked......
add xperia stock camera,keyboard,themes , x system ui,x lockscreen & conversation app of x
if these are added it would be perfect rom..

wipe

wipe then reboot and setup (working in aosp base)
twrp has gone also no cm recovery
tried to manual install twrp (fastboot) however it only boot up the recovery, no OS / unable to boot in Aosp Rom
Another steps
wipe
install aosp
install gapps
install stryflex
wipe
reboot
stuck at loading (for about 15-30 minutes)
is there something wrong regarding to my steps?

Make sure you're using FOTA TWRP recovery..Flash this from recovery and then flash aosp- https://basketbuild.com/filedl/devs?dev=AdrianDC&dl=AdrianDC/Huashan/TWRP-Recovery/twrp-3.0.2-r11-fota-huashan.zip
Then after boot into aosp, do all setup then reboot go to recovery and flash StryFlex.
Issue:
Unable to boot in twrp recovery when charging. Stuck in sony logo
Tried to change quick tiles then suddenly screen turn off, it just keep turning off when i tried to turn on (Enable pin lock).
Unable to skip music using my headset button (Coloud headphone).
Always systemUI has stop working pop up.
Tried to relfash however this time im stuck at bootanimation

Try with updated twrp recovery. You can edit quick settings tiles from Settings->SystemUI Tuner->Quick Settings.Just don't add Throw tile.Skip music is not supported in aosp I guess. Get logs of SystemUI FC and stuck at bootanim.

I haven't included Xperia Conversations app. It doesn't work on XSP. That's default aosp messaging app. For battery perct->Settings->SystemUI Tuner.

Hi Stryder . I'm trying to carry the camera as I did in other roms lollipop through the z4camport , I noticed that the SemcCameraUI.apk application is not compatible with this version of android . You would have a SemcCameraUI application compatible with this version to send me ? and then tell me if it will be possible to make the port in future updates Stryflex MM

It's not easy to port camera as it sounds. I've tried to port it but it's gonna take a lot more efforts! Just pushing the SemcCameraUI doesn't work.
hi stryder,ive followed the instructions carefully......after the boot.....the xperia home is present ,but the stryflex settings(phone settings menu) is not there..... but instead of it is the aosp one.
plus after the boot the media apps like music,album were not present......i must have done something wrong,assuring you though....that i did follow the steps correctly....please do try and help

Sincerly,having a rom with just other phone's themes and apps isn't the best way to go...i want to know how much free ram we get and how smooth it is. You did a good job if it works but this is just a really big theme,not a functionality rom.
i might be wrong and i hope i am. Continue your job and i hope you'll make the best out of it. If it adds functionality as well,it'll be awesome!
