I wish I could explain my problem quickly and clearly, but I lost count on the amount of times I wiped, flashed and reset my Tablet so... I just hope someone comes up with a genius idea, because I'm desperate. I've tried everything.
Today I decided I wanted to try and find a better ROM I could install on my Ainol Tablet, and after doing some research I found out there was a 10.1 version of Cyanogenmod that was apparently quite popular.
I followed a tutorial I found on slatedroid.com (Flashed CM 10.1, Gapps and compatibility file) and only after I found out I just flashed a ROM built for the previous model of my tablet. When I reset it it came up as if it had done a Factory reset (same firmware but everything came up in chinese).
Then I went on and managed to find a tutorial for mine; repeated the process.
Right after doing that I re-read the tutorial (I would love to attach the link but I am a new user and am not allowed to...) and realised I was supposed to update my stock firmware to the latest version before flashing CM on it (apparently so they had the same kernel). Luckily, I had made a backup with TWRP so I went back to it and went looking on my PC for said firmware.
When I managed to find it, I realised the wifi on my tablet was gone. Whenever I switch it on, it goes back off after a few seconds. So no internet.
Then I thought I could just get that update file from my PC and copy it through USB. But that wasn't working either, my laptop will not recognise it whenever I plug it. The tablet won't even recognise a USB flashdrive.
Lastly, I realised there was a miniSD card port so I tried getting the file in through that as well. In this case, the tablet displayed a "preparing SD card" message but nothing happened afterwards...
I'm completely stuck. I have tried several times going back to Factory settings through TWRP, or reloading that backup I made, erasing Dalvik/Cache every single time, but the problems are still there. Everything else seems to be working though...
I did some research and it does look like I flashed a ROM with the wrong kernel so all the drivers are gone... (When the tablet is off and charging it displays a battery that used to stand vertically. Now it comes up horizontally...).
If that was the case, would anyone have any clue on anything I could do to fix it? Any files I could get rid of? Or maybe some secret menu on TWRP I haven't taken into account...?
Any ideas would be extremely appreciated. Please help! :'(

Hello, I just bought my G-tablet and I have severely screwed it over. First, I rooted it and installed CWM, (It went fine). Then I flashed Cyanogen 7, following their wiki full update instructions. It was running fine till I found out that for some reason, my computer nor the tablet even knew it had an SD (Computer found nothing, File explorer on tablet had nothing) coupled with the fact Gapps refused to install, I figured this would be solved in a wipe then another flash. Nothing was different. So I wiped again (seemed to have froze during) but the flash of Vegan 5.1 seemed to have went well... for now. However, trying to install Adobe Flash via the preinstalled android market, it wouldn't install. It kept saying download unsuccessful, for every single app I tried. (no it's not an network problem). Being the noob I am I started following random googled XDA threads on how to fix this. I partioned 4gig from my sd to see if that would fix the market problem. I got stuck in a bootloop so I was forced to reflash vegan. When I did, I found out that when I tried to install anything it said something along the lines of "Not enough space" knowing I had 13 gigs of memory leftover, I figured I'd try rebooting. Got stuck in bootloop. Then followed yet ANOTHER googled guide (droidpirate brick fix) and now I can't even access CWM. It just loads as IF it were going to CWM but then shows me a /!\ caution sign then instantly turns off. When I normally start it, it goes into bootloop. when I try to get to CWM (holding volume up, power) it goes to a useless flash that I presume just fails, then brings me back into the bootloop. As far as I see, I have no way of fixing this...
I know this is so much to read, so in a brief explanation.. I'm in a bootloop, cannot get into CWM (brings me to a failed flash then back into boot loop) and am in dire need of assistance Please help me

NvFlash is currently not working for me, I don't know exactly where I messed up but my computer already has the drivers to read the tablet. when I run the .bat, it doesn't seem to do anything.
Scratch that, got it to work. I didn't extract one of the folders entirely. But my tablet is still stuck in bootloop even after this? what now?

Take this with a grain of salt, as I learned it is not 'always' your friend
Now it's just on the stock Viewsonic birds and Gtablet logo bootloop...
Even after I NvFlashed it... Still can't access CMW.
Any suggestions?

I have a question concerning 2 devices (both SGS2, I9100) only bought at different stores (both stores certified etc etc, so figured it'd be completely safe).
Device 1: Nothing wrong with it, bought it and it was in Dutch immediately... I bought it last summer. I recently rooted it, wrote down exactly how I did it etc (I always do that, just in case). It's now working with custom ROM and themes etc etc. (MIUI multilang ROM)
Device 2: Strange thing #1 was the fact that it was in Polish, straight out of the box. So I had to skip the whole set up and change the language in settings first to Dutch. I then rooted it, exactly the same way as my Dutch device, and problems started. It showed the startup screen with the yellow triangle&black exclamation mark for about an hour(!!!) Figuring it wouldn't do anything anymore, I turned it off and booted in recovery mode (CWM)
Immediately it said it couldn't find the logs (no such file or directory) I then tried to have a look in the sdcard folder... Which couldn't be found either. Same thing with "system", "emmc", "factoryfs", "cache" etc etc.
I tried to flash it to stock Dutch ROM (after rebooting in download mode) and the whole process got stuck at 24%, it then ended completely leaving me with a new terminal line (I did all this using linux, just like Device 1, so lots of terminal work...) I then figured, as it got stuck on 24%, I could try flashing CWM again. Then it said the device couldn't be found anymore, while it was still in download mode. I unplugged the micro usb, plugged it back in (device still in download mode) and tried flashing CWM again... Once again, no device found. Then, stupid me, thought "let's reboot the phone!" Turning it off went well.... Turning it back on... Never again....
Now after a little brainstorming... I have these questions:
Could it be, since it was in Polish straight out of the box, that the device simply couldn't be rooted this way?
Will a JIG work?
IF the JIG works, will I still have problems, cause maybe the device was somehow a little different, concerning hardware or whatever if it is some sort of Polish device?
Please help... And please, don't hold back on as much information as you have, any info (even if it seems useless) might be useful after all!!

I cant see the fact that it is polish being the reason you cant root, as they should of both been the same hardware wise i.e. the international version. A jig will only get you into download mode but if you pc wont recognise it then its useless. Try using a different computer andflashing litening rom using odin on a windows machine. Thats what i did when i got into trouble and worked flawlessly

I figured something went wrong when trying to flash to stock, which bricked it, so the computer wouldn't recognize it. Once it is in download mode, using a JIG, I'm 99% sure it'll be recognized by the computer again aswell (just a brainwave right now, download mode could've crashed or something) but I'll try your option, will definitely give litening a try as it is a very nice ROM aswell

Hi Guys! I usually lurk around here, but now I really need some help.
Basically I have a Rebranded Chinese Tablet called "Tabulet Mech" and it's a redesign of a M701 tablet.
With a bit confidence of rom flashing, I tried flash a rom from a forum which talks about this type of tablet. With careful action I tried flash the rom using FWDN, and miserably failed T.T
while flashing on FWDN I used "Low format whole memory before download", so I guess the FWDN is formatting the whole tablet.
I dunno if I did something bad while flashing it, but since I didn't see any Recovery Mode available for the tablet, I can't exactly recover my tablet at all.
And now, I don't know if my tablet is already turned off or not, since the tablet is still heated up, and when I plug my USB on it, my PC still detect it (even my Moborobo), but since there's nothing on the screen, well you know I can't figure what's happening.
So my question is, is there any way I can install any rom to just make the tablet back working again?

So I got this tablet from a friend who said it was bricked, said I could have it if I got it working. So I plug it in and it turns on no problem, strange. wiped tablet and added a couple apps. Got busy at work and the tablet drain power. That's when I got to see it bricked, but still not sure why it booted for a bit for me.
Symptoms:
Boots to Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 splash screen (not the animated one after), sits there for ever.
Boots to Odin update mode
When booting to recovery I get a blank, back lit screen and nothing ever.
I've tried:
-Pushing clockwork mode to fix recovery
-I've had a hell of a time finding stock firmware for some reason (it isn't on sammobile), but I did find one eventually. I pushed it to the tablet via Odin, and it was successful, but rebooted to blank black back-lit screen. Have to hard boot and hold power buttun until I see the splash screen to get that far. I followed the guide on rootzwiki reposted on icsforums - www icsforums com/forum/showthread / 13525 (sorry new member can't post links)
-Followed another guide that involved draining battery completely, no go.
I don't care what firmware I end up on, or if I can use LTE (I won't anyway)
I'm a network engineer so I'm tech savy, but not heavy on Android OS. I'm looking for anything else I can try. I saw another method involving heimdall suite, but can't find the files for my model.
Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.

I had this problem on my gt-p7510...
What I ended up doing was wiping my sdcard..I must have had something corrupt in my file system or a kernel issue( still not sure which )..
Since you have no recovery..I think you can use odin to repartition ( I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT THIS IS JUST A GUESS )..I have not tried it..but i will search after this post to confirm..I also believe there is a way using ADB..again not sure..
I just wanted to post this so you would know somebody was looking and to maybe give you a couple ideas to follow up on...I'll search around and see what I find
Edit...I believe ADB will only work with usb debugging checked...But you can flash a stock rom in odin with re-partition checked..you need a .pit file....I think...
Edit...Here is a link to a stock rom thread for you're device..It seems to have helped a couple people with their soft-bricked devices..just follow directions in OP..no repartition checked. I cant even find a .pit file to do a re-partition with for you're device..

That firmware is the one I found in the end and tried. Odin pushes it ok, but then still doesn't boot. In fact after pushing that firmware it boots to backlit blank screen, but when hard reset boots to splash screen.
I tried a pit file I found that I thought was the right one, but it failed when I used that so it must have been wrong.

I have the exact same problem as you, except sometimes I can't my tablet to boot. I know it is a software problem because before I was messing with recovery yesterday, everything was working just fine. All I wanted to do was restore to factory settings and instead ended up bricking the device... If you find / know the answer, please do share.

Did you ever get this fixed? I've had the same problem for months. I just gave up and put it away. I recently fixed a Galaxy Tab 2 and now I want to see if anyone else was able to fix this i905 not booting issue.

Yesterday i installed the last CM13 nightly via the CM updater in this phone.
But after the phone restarted, a green android and a "installing system update" appeared for a few seconds then after it went black, the screen blinks each 5 seconds or so, but nothing ever happens. I left the phone on overnight to see if something came up, but to no avail.
Furthermore, now i cannot enter recovery mode, only download mode and my computer does not recognize the phone. I tried pretty much everything, the basic guide on rooting i9100, KIES, Odin, Heimdall flashing, offering corpses to the Old Ones and nothing works.
Does anyone have any insight on what might be happening? I installed CM13 on my two phones (a z3c and a Note 4) and everything went smoothly. Now with this i9100 i was using 6.0.1 but everything went to hell after i tried this update.

I love this perticuilar handset allot it was gifted to me by very special it was awarded to me by my last company i want to save it please help me if anyone has the solution .
