Hello everybody, recently my LG D29F asked to upgrade your system, everything was going well, but in 2/2 update the lock screen by 12% and the smartphone shows an error message that I will attach to the problem, I can not get in so recovery mode or download mode, and you can not upgrade the LG mobile support tool, I do not have much knowledge with LG Smartphones, please help me.

I tried to use the LG-flash-tool-2014, but it always get stuck at 5% when it updates.
any suggestions to fix this?

I found my old ZenFone 5 and want to give it to my little brother. But I can't seem to get it to update beyond 4.4.2 . I don't exactly remember what I did with it back in the day when I had it. I think I tried unlocking the bootloader or something.
When I try to apply the update from within the phone, I get this error on the screen
