Hi i'd like to connect my Mediapad7 youth 2 to HDMI.
I have a microusb cable, and also tried an HML type buy neither one seems to work.
Does this pad have support for this?

ok but to which port on the tablet those can be attached as the mediapad 10 fhd has no mini usb nor hdmi ports

Hello alipik,
Huawei has created a series of connectors for the MediaPad 10 FHD. All of them on one end have the multi-pin connector to connect to the same port the charger connects
You can see a full list here:

Unfortunately, I am not sure if you can find the official ones outside of China.

if not outside china , then the device is not meant for non china resident
From the technical specs phone supports USB OTG and MHL.
Anyone managed to get this working? I tried USB OTG in several ROMs, but did not work for me. Anyone had success with that? What ROM and Hardware you used?
MHL i did not try so far, because i do not have any adapter. But maybe anyone can share experience with that.

Yeah I couldn't get MHL to work either. Very disappointed.
I confirm that USB OTG is working, tried on 3 ROMs (all stock ROMs) and worked with 2 adapters. Tried MHL too but with my adapter for LeTv x600 not worked maybe need another adapter or ROM not supporting but CPU (I thinking) support MHL.

I also tried a standard USB-C to HDMI - MHL cable but I didn't get any signal on my HDMI monitor. Just asked Elephone for help but did not get a reply yet.
I have an OTG adapter that is USB C to read sdcards. It works with my 16gb card, but not my 64gb one. The adapter works fine in my Oneplus 2 with the 64gb card, so I'm assuming the p9000 is having issues somewhere along the line.
Maybe your OTG issue is a similar one.

the P9000 is not MHL enabled. I just got negative results with an Aukey USB-C to HDMI dongle with a Sony Bravia TV. The P9000 non-official specs mention MHL capability. Can't know if it's the P9000, the dongle or the TV leading to no display.

I ordered this from amazon , https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B076SP59MG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 thinking i could connect the hdmi lead in and away i go, plus the 2 usb ports for maybe a keyboard and mouse. When i have connected the type c into the mate 10 pro....... nothing! Iam i doing something wrong or is the adaptor the wrong spec?
