There isn't any CM11 ROM for surnia. The phone released with lollipop so there wasn't any kitkat development.
Why Kitkat?? We have great lollipop and marshmallow ROMs.

with "Bliss-v6.4-titan-UNOFFICIAL-20160909-0703" I have a bootloop with it, grrr ****.
I have zypherOS android 7 flashed in my mobile but it is missing double tap to sleep/lock feature. As fas as I know this is kernels feature so can anyone please help me with the compatible kernel with my ROM and having double tap to sleep feature.

Wait For Kernel which is for android 7 and should have dt2w..You cant use android 6's kernel in android 7 roms

Well, I'm not running the rom you are using (I'm using AEX) and the best kernel I've found so far is FireKernel.
There are other alternatives like: QualiaKernel or SquidKernel. Hope I helped
