Hi guys!
Last night I got an OTA update for the OPX which is running H2Os 1.2( factory version). I downloaded the OTA but when the moment of installing it came it gave an error and stopped. Am I the only one who has experienced this problem? What to do next?
Yes I also experienced the same problem, the way I solved it by flashing updates manually using TWRP recovery

Hey, I'm running TWRP 2.5.0.2 [http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2292565] and after I flashed a new rom [http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...php?t=2301724] and rebooted TWRP is asking me for a password? Just curious if anyone else has had this problem?
Whenever I don't boot into recovery it says encryption failed. it says to do a factory reset and encrypt the device again.
Edit: I was able to get it working again.
I've seen that before, it was the same time that if I tried to create a nandroid it said there was about 700gb in data. After doing resets and such it would still come back. Only way I got it to go away was by flashing back to stock and re-rooting

twrp 2.6.1.0 is asking for password
Hey guys been reading alot of discussion and threads in this site to figure out how am i gonna solve this issue. I really don't why the twrp is always asking for password. I wipe everything from carrier to dalvik cache and selected factory reset but eventually i am still stock to this password. I did try to revert the version of twrp but it wasn't successful. It says "FAILED" after installation. I haven't use my phone (gt-n7100), i think, for a month because of this. I badly need your expertise guys. Thanks. Hoping to hear from this community.
Just as I enter TWRP recovery, it asks for a password. I clearly remember that I hadn't set any password. But there is another option "cancel". On pressing that button I enter the normal functions of TWRP recovery. The password is not creating any problems but I would like to put up on for security. Any help guys?

What is happening is the 4.4W.2 update was released OTA and you're on a custom rom. The update won't take unless you restore to default or from a nandroid backup prior to flashing a custom rom. I was on Gohma and I went through the same problem. Restore to default and then the update will take. If not the annoying pop-up will drive you insane. Hope this helps.

ALTERNATIVELY, download (or find out where on the watch it has been downloaded) the update itself, put in /sdcard on watch and flash like normal rom with TWRP.

I wasn't aware of this method. In doing this will the OTA flash over a custom rom? Do you need to wipe system/cache/dalvik before doing so?

OTAs will never flash over custom Rom, you need to flash back to stock. I didn't wipe, it was fine. This method is just if you don't want to wait for the popup (there IS a way to modv the ota zip so it will ignore inconsistencies in what it was expecting to see, but idk how and it didn't sound too stable)

That's what I assumed. I restored to my nandroid bak and then flashed 4.4W.2. I didn't wipe and then flashed Gohma 1.2. I had to install TWRP and root again. It's running smooth with great battery usage.

You can try to reset the device (LG G watch) by the pinhole button on the back. If that doesn't work. Install this tool and follow the tutorial provided.

Hi guys. I've had a rooted S3 for a while and have flashed loads of roms. Few months ago the phone started acting strangely and the only Ron I could get to work was the German version of the original KK. Now, even though the device is still rooted any attempt to flash another room will give a "signature not verified" error. Anyone else come across this?? Cheers

Be sure you haven't a borked version of TWRP. I think official 2.8.7.0 is borked.
Try a more recent unofficial one or use Philz touch 6.48.4 instead for instance.
If your recovery is OK, just check options inside twrp recovery about signature verification... Un-tick zip signature verification.
Btw, about root, AFAIK you can flash custom recovery and custom ROMs without being rooted.
You were right. Switched to CWR and it's all good. Cheers.....
My Lg G5 (Tmobile) keeps on rebooting to recovery mode (TWRP) no matter what rom I flash. I tried using LG Up software but no matter how many times I install the driver phone is not recognized. Firstly I flashed Fulmics ROM then I installed LineageOS (Cyanogenmod) after that phone was working fine for a while till I saw an update and tried updating it to new nightly version. Please help me out if anyone knows how can I fix this issue.

Glad you made it!
Btw. Nice tutorial there.
Just a FYI: You want to run this instead. The old command wipes the entire misc partition and you lose your wifi and bt mac address as a result. This one prevents that.
Code:
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/misc bs=256 count=1 conv=notrunc

I had the exact same issue. All I had to do was flash TWRP in fastboot mode again to fix it.
