I just tried to root my Z5C using Kingo Android Root, it failed, and as I am a bit of a paranoid, I'd like to know if my DRM keys are all fine.
The Kingo Android Root does not touch the bootloader as much as I know, but anyway.
Can some of you guys also show your Z5C drm keys status?
Just type *#*#7378423#*#*, then go to Service tests > Security > and make a screenshot there. You can hide the numbers.

Yes, there are still here. The only way to remove them is by unlocking da bootloader.
In my case its says the same: the first three sentences finish with "[Key OK] [Active]". But the last one is different and adds another sentence:
"FIDO_KEYS: Not provisioned, SUNTORY ERROR
Factory Reset Reason: No device reset information found."
What does that mean? arent drm keys ok?

I used Towelroot to Root.
Supersu appears to work and Root-Checker says im Rooted.
I have updated to .314 (Brazil, OTA Vivo update) and I´m facing the same problem. I have tried to remove the previous permissions on SuperSU, but even allowing xposed installer again did no good.
Can anyone shows us what to do?

I´ve found the solution
The problem is that after I have updated I lost root but that wasn´t clear to me. SuperSU still shows the dialog asking if something should get root and allowing something to get root would not return any error, but it wasn´t really rooted.
So, I´ve used the method below again (I used on my first root) and everything is fine now.

When I first got the phone I tried booting it up to quickly find that frp had been activated. I followed a few tutorials online and I actually got into the phone and can see all settings, but when I go to factory reset the phone via menu the option to confirm is greyed out
I can access everything in the settings I believe but cannot directly go to another application from the home screen. Half the time the menu and home button aren't even visible on the nav bar. If I create a guest account I can utilize everything ion the phone including home screen but cannot edit user settings that I would call "main settings". I will post pictures on order of how I even got to this point. Any help is hugely welcomed. Thanks in advance!
next step I was just getting out of the way
Now we have access to settings!
Please Help!

UNROOTED ?
Hi,
I just bought a sony xperia Z5compact from another guy that barely used it. He gave it to me with apparently, a stock ROM. But I dont know if the other guy did anything on the phone like rooting, unlocking, whatever.
But now I want to update from 6.0 to 6.0.1 and I cant do it. Neither in the phone, nor with the computer coz I get this error:
error: UEGetPhoneInfoFailure
UE_2003".
I checked more, and the phone has TWRP recovery and an Androdplus kernel. So it has been modified, but I dont know how to check the status of the bootloader or if it rooted.
I want to update the phone to 6.0.1. and I would like to have a stock rom and a locked bootloader. (because I read that custom rom and unlocking bootloader affect to the function of the camera).
How can I do it?
I am getting different information over the forum and the internet, and I am getting a bit lost...
the security thing from service info, stays like this

I have a CPH2459 (OnePlus Nord N20 5G Unlocked) and I failed to root it, so now it is stuck in a weird boot loop.
The phone will start as usual, but there will be no status bar or navigation. I can open an app, but I cant close it since the navigation doesn't appear. I cannot turn the phone off, and the computer doesn't recognize it at all both on Linux and Windows with the USB drivers. The phone reboots on its own for no apparent reason, and it won't accept a charge, so it must keep rebooting until the battery dies which then I can recharge it.
Any idea whats going on or how I could fix it?
