I want someone to help me find a way to get the AOSP experience on a sense rom with this 2.11.605.3 base because AOSP roms are still buggy and I am very reluctant to use them. I found Tesla Coil to be a very good rom and I am wondering if somebody can port it to the new rom base?

i have [ROM][i9300][JB 4.3] [AOSPA 3.95][AOKP][CM 10.2] PAC-man AIO http://http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2400382 Rom now on my S3 I9300 and i dont like AOSPA dialer and Contacts app on my this ROM so i want to install STOCK S3 or S4 dialer and Contacts app. can any one help me on this ? AND IF PLZ TELL ME HOW TO DO THAT

If you are refering to Samsung TW contacts & dialer apps, they will only work with TW framework and PAC is based on AOKP/CM, hence I guess you will not be able to install them on it.

Though you cannot install the Touchwiz dialer on the AOSP based Rom,
Try exdialer, Link below

Not sure if the OP had the same motivation for wanting this, but I wanted the TW dialer/contacts not for the look/feel but because of the ability to enter those handy special codes from the dialler & get a bunch of info about the phone or be able to program it without needing to mess around with QPST/QXDM,DFS etc.
I tried to selectively try and install the components I thought were relevant to an AOSP (AOSB in my case) ROM, but get FC as soon as the phone boots into android.

My problem is that i cant find 4.4.x rom (e.g. based on cm11) that has full S5 TW experience. So my question is .. How can i add the whole system ui from TW roms to for example CM11. I tried to install the apk-s from wizzedkat rom, but thats based on 4.1.2 and it doesnt work on CM11. I found some CM11 roms for Galaxy S3 with touchwiz, but i didnt tried these apks.

It's really hard to port touchwiz to AOSP... You can try using some themes to give you at least a similar interface to what touchwiz offers

I tought Im the only one that want TW UI for kitkat roms. I didnt know that is hard to port to AOSP. Maybe somebody will port TouchWiz to AOSP..
I don't think will never happen as long as Samsung does not release its source
You can't ('add the whole system ui from TW roms to for example CM11') & nobody will ever port Touchjizz to be usable on AOSP roms on this device.

I have an older phone with Android 4.0.4 (rooted, but no custom ROM or newer version of Android available).
I want to use the new KitKat Dialer (I supposte Google Dialer 1.1?) because of the Caller-ID feature and so on. So is there any possibility to get the new Google Dialer installed to my Android 4.0.4 phone?

AOSP means stock android open source project. It's vanilla android and doesn't contain any vendor-specific things. The stock LG G3 lockscreen was written by LG and therefore is not open source.
You could try to find a 3rd party application that might provide the same functionality, but at this point, there is no way to make it work unless someone attempts to port it to AOSP.
